The entire property is clean and beautiful. Staff is amazing. Everything you need. Heated pool, coffee shop,small arcade and movies. Also a gift shop . The room was more than we expected. So clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. And really good hot water. Beds are comfortable and being there in the winter so quiet! Upstairs was a king room with a bathroom and really nice window seat . Downstairs had a bedroom with 2 twin beds. And also a murphy bed in the living room that was really comfortable.

Location, price, pool, hot tub, bbq, grounds

You can easily hear noise/neighbors leaving in the morning. Staff told us we would have a view of river & woods. The river is dry. There is no river and they shouldn't make it sound like there is. We were told there was wine tasting at the country club/golf course...there was not. The way the check in area is set up makes you feel "less than " if you aren't a timeshare member or don't want to be. Not good! The sales staff should let you know about the Worldmark membership as well. I found out about it after my stay.

Shane was exceptionally helpful at check-in, and the other staff were all friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the kitchen facilities, master bedroom, kitchen, and deck, and the outdoor hot tubs were a treat.

The TV and streaming procedures were archaic, unnecessarily complex, and not user-friendly..

Location was great. Amazing view from room. Shane at check-in counter was wonderful, he also gifted me a Birthday gift wine.

Check in it self was ok, but immediately after they direct you to concierge. Our concierge was Donn. He pressured us a lot to join timeshare presentation. When informed multiple times we were not interested and let us go, as we wanted to rest after the long drive and have dinner, this was already 9:30 in night. He wouldn't let us go and keep pressuring about the timeshare. Someone called again the next day for the timeshare pitch.

Comfortable, affordable, decent facilities. I would consider it again on a return trip to the area.

Sales staff approach me several times to initiate a time share pitch. They were trying to be sly about it, but it was obvious what they wanted. The third time they called and hung up on me when I told them I didn't want any of the incentives they attempted to use to get me in the sales presentation. Pretty rude.

The only negative was the hard sell to buy into the worldmark time share. Check in then they send you to a person to try to sign you up and they are relentless when you say no you just want to go to room after a long g drive with kids.

The huge jacuzzi. That it is close by to a lot of the local attractions.

Right after checking in, they send to a person who wants to sell you a timeshare. Television in main living room did not work. They sent their maintenance man to check out the problem and said it was a cable company problem and that he would submit a work order to have it fixed. We set a time of 5 pm the next day to be back at the room for the cable guy. The cable issue never got fixed and we were never even given an update on the situation.

Our apartment (1 bedroom) was perfect for the two of us and our grandson. Great location in the Gold Country. The pool, tennis and basketball courts were wonderful.

We did not realize that WorldMark is a timeshare community when we made our reservation through booking.com. We did not enjoy the high pressure sales we received during check-in.

We were located within easy driving distance from quaint towns, state parks, and a little further out is Yosemite.

We were there for 3 days to relax and see sights but there was a little too much pressure to sign up for a presentation which we stated from the outset we had neither the time nor the interest

We were here for a weekend wedding in the area and found the location to be central to activities and perfect for a relaxing weekend. It’s is close to Murphy’s, great restaurants, and wine tasting. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. Beds are very comfortable.

This property is also a timeshare. Be prepared to get hit with some aggressive sales pitch. This put a little bit of a damper to the start of our weekend trip.
