It was clean and located not too far from the venue. We liked the AC, since it was +110* outside. Our room was very spacious and clean.

I called the front desk asking for an extra towel and toilet paper and the person who answered said they had no towel to give me but I can get toilet paper, the only thing is I would need to pick it up at front desk. Front desk was too far for me to walk to since my room was located in the very back of the property and it was 11pm. Luckily I had a clean travel towel in my bag. The elevator was inoperable. We didn’t like how this location was a two-night minimum and kind of pricey for it being a Best Western. I only needed it for Saturday night but decided to go ahead and book it for the two nights so I wouldn’t have to drive back and forth into town.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Facility is clean and maintained. Breakfast was great, kids enjoyed making their own waffles. Staff was very friendly and did not ask questions as to why i was asking for more toilet paper and towels, we received them in minutes of asking. Great location, minutes from softball fields. There was an actual hand soap dispenser instead of a tiny bar of soap.

The remote didn’t work.

The hotel staff Mechelle and kitchen staff Grant set the tone for this friendly place! The hotel is older, but rooms are large and comfortable. Very impressed with the breakfast, and especially Grant's sunny and cheerful greetings. The coffee/tea machine at front desk is a plus if you come in late and want to have something warm to drink. The location is convenient, close to downtown and restaurants. Will return!!!

The heater was little noisy and can be toned down if possible.

Not in the downtown The lady who helps with the breakfast was so sweet and kindhearted, and went out of her way to help everyone.

The receptionist was curt. She asked me how many adults there were as the names needed listing, but then only wrote 2 on the breakfast tickets. I then said, oh do the kids get it free and not need a ticket? Then she said, you said there were only 2 of you. Then I stated that she has only asked how many adults there were and I had answered her. She huffed and puffed about changing the breakfast ticket, and acted like I was imposing on her time. We didn’t need this kind of attitude after a long day of driving.

Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly lady running the show at breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable given what I'd pay for similar in UK. Parking included as well. Used as base to get to Yossemite, 1hr 30min drive but please drive and scenic. Some good restaurants close by, in US that still means a drive.

Good location, room is nice and clean, staffs are very responsive and helpful, the entire checkin and checkout process couldn’t be smoother.

The only tiny blemish is that the AC is a bit too loud and my little one kept complaining affecting her sleep, lol.

The room was amazing, it was a suite with two bedrooms and all facilities. The shower was also really nice.

The breakfast room was simple and it was a typical American breakfast. The pool was a bit small. We were on the first floor and there was no elevator. The noise from the minifridge was loud.

The orange pipe in the room Tiny hot tub Breakfast has a lot stuff with high fructose corn sirup or cornstarch. It’s not good for someone who is allergic to corn products like my son.

The beds and pillows were SO SO SO comfortable! Even sofa bed was great, according to my son. Would have been a 10 except carpet could use little cleaning. Other than that it was perfect! Great bargain! Breakfast was excellent. They made me special scrambled eggs because of my diet restrictions.

Clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a road trip stopover. Great beds & shower, all the facilities you need. Front desk staff lovely. Good breakfast included with lots of variety.

The coffee at breakfast and in the rooms was very weak! But that might just be personal preference
