We liked its proximity to the Railyard Historic Park and the Chicken Ranch Casino and Resort. When I asked, the staff was friendly and gave us our preferred room. It is also pet-friendly. We would book again

The rooms are a bit dated but clean, and our room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Also, there was a huge pothole near the driveway's entrance off the highway. It may be the county's responsibility to repair it, but we did mention it to the front desk clerk, which will alert their maintenance staff.

We did not have any breakfast at the hotel and the location was good. I did not know that breakfast was provided and the bed was very comfortable🥰💖. The room was clean and the floors could be spot mopped😊💖.

I did not like that the room had no towels and that I heard people outside talking loud and moving their vehicles all hours of the night. No screen on the window and the refrigerator did not work with leaking water coming out of it☹️. A few shady individuals and everyone kept to themselves.

We stay at this facility every year on the 4th of July. Toulmne County is a strict NO FIREWORKS county. Like us other people bring thier dogs to avoid the agitation from the noise and percussion from the fireworks. We usullay stay less than 12 hours, then we go back home. For traveling families there is a swimming pool on the property. The room was clean and comfortable.

I would a appreciate a better coffee bar in the lobby. In room coffee makers give me cause for concern. Those were my only comments.

The bathroom shower was awesome. The staff was friendly in the front office. Had to do a deposit of 100 dollars on our card that is refundable but we used to be able to do this with cash but no longer have that option. My husband and I are currently living in our car and when we do have money to stay somewhere we go to the Country Inn. No other hotel in this area of Jamestown or Sonora is better for your money.

Unfortunately my husband and I tried sleeping in a little bit before we had to check out and we were woken up by a housekeeper male employee that was cussing and being very frustrated outside of our room. Other than that the stay was perfect.

The room was clean, average in size, plenty of pillows, bedding could have been warmer. The downsides: 1) We stayed on a very cold night so the heater went on and off most of the night. With warmer bedding the heater wouldn't need to be on at all. Also, stayed while a work crew was there and they left very early in the morning which awakened us. Otherwise it was a good deal and very quiet on the back side of the building.

Bedding wasn't warm enough for winter and the heater was loud when it turned on and off.

Always our go to for ski weekend in Pinecrest. I love the big fridge and microwave which allows us to bring home cooked meals for after that tiring day on the slopes where you want nothing to do with burgers and fries which we had the whole day at the ski resort lol

Some of our “neighbors “ were too loud and smoking outside our room which made us very uncomfortable

Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Good value. Quaint town nearby. TV did not work and repairman replaced it quickly.

Bath towels very small and thin. A hook or ring for handtowel near the sink would be helpful (instead of across the room). Water ran onto the bathroom floor, no matter how shower head was positioned.

That they take our four legged family members. Nice pool. Location on west edge if Sonora is great, close to both Sonora and Jamestown. Good sized rooms and iarkjng right outside most rooms in the 300 block except ones behind the pool area. Receptionist is a very friendly gal, made me feel welcome both times we stayed here.

Room 322, Bathroom ceiling vent hadn't been cleaned in a long time, furry! But the cleaners work hard, they just need to be reminded to look upwards. Road workers were staying in a room just along from us, they out in from work the first night we were there at 3:15 a m. and talked at normal levels which was very loud at that hour plus left their work truck running with the radio on, so until they drove away again after 3:35 a m. it was impossible to sleep. One of these men also used a tree as a urinal in broad daylight, quite obviously they had no clue of accepted social behavior but I've been a resort manager and if this was my hotel, I would be talking to their head office about it.

Didn't have breakfast, but I did see complimentary coffee in the lobby and we had 2 packets of if coffee for the small 2 cup-coffee maker in our room. I would suggest 4 packets of coffee as we would drink 2 cups night and morning. Friendly receptionist at check in at 11 p.m.

Nothing for us on thus stay. But had there been kids playing in the pool immediately outside our particular room, the noise would have bothered me a lot, so as a retired Property Manager, I would suggest families with kids for the rooms on the 300 row and put couples with no kids on the ground or 2nd floor. No elevator which didn't affect us but I would not wish to lug my suitcases up to Floor 2 with my older bad knees so suggest requesting ground floor for folks like me. I would include these type of suggestions in your staff training program.
