The room was spotless clean and comfortable; the location quite interesting and unexpected; the swimming pool is great (water could be a little warmer); the hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

The pool is great but the access from the room was not super convenient (have to walk through the car park); would be great if there was an option of breakfast in the hotel; even just a simple buffet.

Great location for access to Yosemite. Helpful staff. Allergic to feathers and they sorted an alternative quickly. Great village feel and nice restaurants/coffee shop nearby.

The front desk service was amazing. My boyfriends gluten free and she printed off all of the local restaurants menus for us to decide where to go. The hotels in walking distance to coffee and several restaurants. Loved being on the first floor so we were able to exit/enter through our balcony door. Shower was nice and big and the bed was super comfortable.

There could have been more channel selections.

Nice and clean. The lobby is very welcoming. Places to eat and drink nearby. Quite and relaxing.

I wish they had a sitting chair in the room and maybe a wine glass. Minor details

Bed was so comfortable and fantastic air con. Didn’t use the leisure facilities but accommodating opening hours and looked good. Nice restaurants around but be careful they finish serving at 8!

We stayed here as a mid way point to Yosemite from San Fran, great location for this but very much in the middle of nowhere and was very pricey with this in mind. Reception staff were just ridiculous so unhelpful could barely say 2 words to us saw them the same with other guests.

Enjoyed the patio, the pool and the spa. Facility was very clean.

The beds were somewhat high (and I am short). I would have liked a chair in the room to assist with putting on my shoes.

Loved little touches like folded towels in the room, nice shampoos, lounge robes, extra towels, coffee tea choices, and a back door access to the car park.

I think the spa needed to be cleaned, had green mildew which is concerning. Also would have liked the pool to be a little heated, its was glacier cold.

generally I liked it very much. some minor hiccups or suggestions: - sofa bed was not prepared despite the room being booked for three people and the explicate request via booking.com - would be great to be warned about limited food options after 8 (especially as no snacks on premise) - free water in room would have been appreciated

Beautiful location and facilities. Front desk was nice helpful(she took a photo of our group at the hotel entrance). Dinner at Griffs BBQ was very good.
