It’s not always easy to assess the condition of a place from online photos and reviews. It might seem okay but once there, it’s run down and unwelcoming. That is not this place. It is not a 5-star hotel so don’t expect luxury accommodations, room service or a nice balcony with views. That said, I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and pleasant it was. It checked all the boxes for a great stay. The room was affordable, renovated and very clean, everything worked well, and there was a microwave and quiet fridge. The bed was comfortable. There was a desk and chair for computer work and good wifi. The AC worked well, if a bit noisy, but that is typical for that type of wall unit. Excellent location in Ukiah. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic and not the kind of food we generally eat, but that’s what I expected, and the coffee was fine. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room and was given an upstairs room at the end of the building. It was very quiet and we slept well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Property was kept clean. Yummy Pho restaurant in the same parking lot. Good wifi. Friendly and accommodating front desk. Pillows super comfortable. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Could offer a designated spot to curb your dog. Lots of signs telling where not to go but none helping you be a respectful pet person. Traffic can be loud but it quiets down in the overnight.

For the price paid, this was tremendous value for money. The room was large and clean and had all the basics. Bedding was above average and everything was spotless.

It isn't exactly an upscale area so there was a bit of noise in the morning of other guests checking out and shouting across the parking lot or hauling cases around. Ukiah in general isn't really a tourist destination however it was a convenient stopping spot in our travels and for the small price paid, I was happy with the hotel.

Sorry, I was in a hurry to leave, and I did not take advantage. It's a fine offer, where local alternatives all likely would cost $10. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Sorry the patronage was scant, but staff and food were excellent.

I have no complaints. I think some tidying up of the derelict wine barrels would be smart...either repair them and use them artfully...or remove them. I was a little confused by the checkout protocols...my fault.

This was a last minute decision to stay after a fantastic meal at the local brew pub. I had planned to travel further but no regrets. There were some people with their entire life in their van who were making a fuss when they were moving into their room as I arrived, but when I mentioned it to the staff she kept an eye on it and ensured my room was well away from any drama. There was no threat to anyone, just noise, but I knew the police were nearby as I’d just been pulled over for blowing through a hidden crossroad so I wasn’t worried just cautious. The room was clean and pretty and had everything you would need, and was so quiet and comfortable inside. I was on the ground floor and there appeared to be a lot of work vans parked nearby which weren’t there when I left, and I didn’t hear a thing. There was a nice looking pool and the grounds around the property were well maintained.

The pool was very nice. It was also in a great location close to the fairgrounds. It was nice It was a pet friendly place.

The breakfast! Very little choices. I expect a bit better breakfast when it is advertised. Frozen eggos and microwave instant oatmeal isn't much of a breakfast. Otherwise everything else was great

Last minute I decided to stay the night in Ukiah and since the Days inn shares the same property as my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, Miss Saigon I'd noticed it before. Great, convenient location. Safe, parking lot, with spaces and lots of then. The room looked like it had been freshly remodeled! Everything as expected and necessary; desk, clean crisp linens, plenty of lights and outlets. Also a short distance from Safeway. I recommend!

I wish they had a hottub! That's it.

Very clean rooms, excellent staff, good value. The breakfast left a great deal to be desired when one is diabetic. No sugar-free sweeteners for coffee, no tea, no sugar-free syrup for the pancakes and the only protein was yogurt. And the only fruit was apples. It really wouldn’t take that much more in cost or effort to upgrade this a bit. This would not prevent me from staying here again if I were visiting Ukiah.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. And it would’ve been nice to have two comfortable chairs in the room instead of one cushion chair and one computer desk chair.

Staff was a little judgmental at first by that I mean I felt a little talked down to and over charged for deposit as well as extra fees including when checking in due to my appearance after moving all day and being exhausted but over the course of the stay that lightened up and they were actually decent people and worked w me quite a bit which I am beyond thankful for.

The beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have like them to be and I wish I had an actual bath tub rather then a handicap room considering I’m not handicap and it was right next to staff work room/Landry room so it was super noisy but overall im satisfied and thankful and it all worked out.

Comfortable and clean. No problems whatsoever.

The sink light switch was very inconveniently located, and there was some kind of motor sports race going on across the street on Saturday night that was noisy for awhile, but it didn’t go very late. Everything else was fine.
