After a 13 hour drive, arriving at nearly 7pm, it felt like midnight and I was spent. I was greeted very pleasantly by a young man (Curtis ?)who made me feel welcome and cared for. Easy check-in/check-out process. Accommodating room, as I had visitors during my 5 day stay. Never needed housekeeping, but interactions with all staff was always positive. Shopping and dining within walking distance.

Onsite amenities, exercise room/pool either under renovation or closed. Area overrun by homeless, unfortunately. Not the fault of the hotel, but people need to be aware of the surroundings. The TV only tilted up and down, didn't pivot to alter viewing optimization from different points in the room. Somehow haven't been issued any rewards points for 3 different stays during this holiday season.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the fact that there were different choices, and it was close to our room. I like also how they always had water with fresh fruit in it for their guests. We felt welcomed!! What topped our visit, was that there was a booking error with my reservation that for some reason I failed to notice, and I was going to be double charged. I was so upset I nearly cried, and it set the mood for my whole visit, and to my surprise, an hour later, I received a notice that the hotel had taken care of it. It completely made my day! I can't thank Comfort Inn enough; I believe her name was "Honey." We are beyond thankful to you!!

The breakfast was plentiful, hearty, and good. It was definitely worth a second helping. I appreciated getting to breakfast early and avoiding long lines for the food items. The staff person was very efficient and polite.

I was looking forward to biscuits and gravy. I preferred the links over the sausage patties. The coffee wasn't near as strong as I like it even though it was supposed to be the "bold," flavor. The toaster was a bit slow and didn't pop up automatically.

Very quiet. Don't usually eat breakfast at home. The usual motel "breakfast".

The door lock kept failing: had to go back to desk get new keys made. The desk's key and the cleaning crew's key always worked. They finally gave me 2-3 keys at a time and I could usually get one of them to work. The toilet seat was VERY loose. Had that happen at home, two screws needed tightening. Didn't have a screwdriver with me.

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Good value for the price.

The location was a little weird to find from GPS—it’s right next to a small shopping center and grocery store, which confused the maps app. Not under the control of the hotel, of course, but maybe an additional sign or two could help direct people unfamiliar with the area.

The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were extremely courteous and professional. The room was very clean as always and the bed was extremely comfortable! The complimentary breakfast rocks!

There were unsheltered people in the parking lot and loitering around the facility. I was there nine months prior and that was not a problem at that time.

The cream cheese for the bagels should’ve been in the basket with the peanut butter and the jelly above the shelves for the bagels for located. Maybe not all of it but they needed to make sure someone was always there. That way. It’s a little softer. I didn’t find it till after I had had peanut butter butter on my bagel, but

The front desk person, I believe her name was Honey, who checked us in was personable, professional, and offered us an upgrade on our room, which was fantastic! Also, the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and last minute shopping needs.

On this trip of 2,600 miles, I stayed a total of ten nights in Comfort Inn & Suites! They were all great, consistent, yet individual. I spoke to some of the General Managers and found them to have great philosophies and reflect that of the Company. Refreshing.

Left before breakfast, but the room was comfortable. Put us in a room at the end of the hall making loading and unloading very convenient. Very thoughtful.

When I sneezed I grabbed a tissue and realized it was the ONLY one in the box. Must have been overlooked.
