Clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room claims to have a fully stocked kitchenette. However, there were no cups, there was nothing to put on the stove that was there, there was no kettle to boil water, so what was I supposed to do with a stove top? I had pasta that I had planned on cooking in the pot that didn't exist using the utensils that weren't there. And in the morning there was no breakfast. This place says it has a complimentary breakfast. Yet there was nothing there .There weren't even cups for the coffee, and there was no creamer for the coffee. For this I could have stayed at a motel. 6. And the window didn't open. What is up with that?

The room was very clean upon first glance. I love the kitchenette and the TV size, although the connection to the internet would not adjust so no internet Netflix, but ok because I found some interesting programs to watch. The coffee machine they gave me to use was not working properly and was greasy. The breakfast selection was rather sparse.

The bed sheets had a few droplets of blood on the sheets. It was already very late so I did not complain. I meant to tell them on my way out , but forgot. The counter top looked clean but when i went over them with a cloth they were quarter dusty.

We arrived late and the staff were accommodating and nice. The design of the room was well thought out for cleanliness with the hard floors and bed frame. This room was also a great value.

The bed smelled like it wasn't clean. One of my pillows smelled like someone slept on it, so I used a different one. The sheets also felt like they hadn't been washed in a while.

I’m not sure when this hotel opened, but it felt like I was the very first guest in the room 😀 Everything was new and super clean! The room was very spacious and had a modern design. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a stove. There’s a huge TV and a comfortable workspace too! I was absolutely delighted with my stay

Honestly it was an amazing comforting experience. I was SUPER stoked about the TV having netflix A LOT of other places do not have that. I definitely will be staying here again when i come to town again. Everything was super easy and straight forward this place was super nice and the bathroom mirror lighting was to die for.

Very comfortable stay. The area next to the hotel isn’t the nicest, but it’s quiet. You’ll need a car to go into town, where there are many restaurants.

Breakfast ends at 9:00 AM, even though it’s the weekend! Also, there were too few towels in the room, and their quality wasn’t good — they felt old and worn out.

Very clean, well-maintained, fairly new facility. Bare essentials are provided. Basic TV that works. Good WiFi. The floors are new "wood" surface, not used carpet.

Kitchen is not provided with utensils. Apparently, one must go to the hassle of checking them out at the front desk.

Using the TV to connect to the internet, specifically YouTube! That is an excellent feature all hotels should offer, as far as I know you're the only one offering it, Bravo!

It was near a highway and with the windows closed it was still a little noisy.

Clean and quiet space. I was surprised at how sparse the room was in terms of kitchen sink, but no dish soap. Maybe some hard boiled eggs and juice for the breakfast bar?

I liked the property and would stay again.

Nice quiet location with everything you need for a stay. I was in Ukiah on business and it was great to have a kitchette. There was a room full of items that staff opened for plates, silverware and kitchen items. In all, it was a good place to stay.
