I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and highly professional throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and every detail reflected a high standard of cleanliness. The toiletries provided—including the shampoo and conditioner—were of excellent quality. It’s the small touches that really set this place apart, like the thoughtful addition of a special bag for laundry. These details made the stay truly exceptional.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing extraordinary, although for $5 it gets the job done. The room was nice, clean and housekeeping was offered to me after the first night which was really nice since most hotels don't do daily housekeeping. Staff was friendly and attentive, even though I showed up later than expected. Nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room to use if I wanted.

The door handle kept shocking me when I would enter the room. Not sure if it was just me or the door. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud in the early morning.

The property was exceptional. Very clean, comfortable and extremely friendly staff. Great for families with small children. My kids loved it. We arrived very late, around 11pm, but were welcomed with kindness. It’s a gem! Very close to downtown and skunk train. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend. I used to own a house cleaning company and was very pleased with the cleanliness.

Very charming

We thought the esthetics of the hotel were cool. It kind of resembled old west store fronts. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The courtyard was nice and large and everything seemed to be very well maintained. It was close to restaurants and shopping and a very short drive to downtown. We LOVED the complimentary breakfast at Lumberjacks restaurant, it was so good!

We honestly have nothing bad to say about it.

The owners/hosts were very friendly and helpful with a pride of ownership that shows in the property. It has a fun Old West decor with a peaceful and relaxing courtyard to enjoy. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The room was also very quiet making for a good nights sleep.

Nothing, it was fine.

I loved the size of the room, the tv was either dish or direct tv, much better than internet only access which was the norm for our vacation. The shower was great, good water flow. The staff was very helpful and asked us each day if we’d like room service. I would stay here again and again. Lovely place. They also have a contract with a local restaurant for breakfast. 5 dollar meals, for select meals, small breakfasts. Just need a voucher you can get each day at the front desk.

Nothing bad to say. One of the very best places I’ve stayed. We will be back!

Nice small hotel. Room was clean and stuff friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Adequate parking in the back. It has a cute, comfortable nice courtyard in the middle away from cars and traffic. There are tables to sit and eat or just relax.

Better door locking system as our son could easily open the door (no chain or secondary bolt).

Very nice and comfortable room. I was a bit skeptical when I parked my car at the entrance. It looked very dark and boring. But once we made it to the courtyard, we were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this place is. We had a wonderful stay in a huge and comfortable room. A hidden gem in Willits!!

When I pulled into the parking lot in the evening, I was blown away by the court yard. There were beautiful lights strung across the courtyard, cute tables set up for guests, it was quiet and peaceful. My room was so clean and nice. I felt so safe and relaxed. This is my new favorite motel.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The whole property was well maintained and clean.

It was clean, roomy, comfortable and had a great shower. The western theme was very fun and the inner outside court was very nice. The breakfast at the Lumberjack was simple but good which we took advantage of on our way out of town.

There was no tea in the room only coffee.
