We really appreciated the laundry facilities, comfortable bed and the cleanliness of Creekside. Service desk staff were really nice and obliging.

I felt sorry for the desk clerk who was also in charge of topping up breakfast items. Whilst it is a pet friendly hotel, we didn’t appreciate dog owners trying to bring their dog into the breakfast room given the area was only a very small space. To be fair to all guests there should be clear signs that pets should not be allowed in the breakfast room unless they are service animals. It is not fair to the dogs, families and children who may be quite cautious of the dogs’ temperaments.

Willits is a pleasant town, and Creekside Inn is set back a bit on the main street, aka the Old Redwood Highway. Because traffic on Highway 101 bypasses the town, Main St. is quiet. It's a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk to downtown, with its cafes, restaurants (our favorite was Szechuan Asian. The Inn is built around a courtyard -- rooms have a courtyard view -- which makes for a nice quiet refuge. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fair-sized and well furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. When I booked (two rooms, two couples), I failed to mention that one member of the party was disabled at the time with limited mobility. The hotel had initially reserved two adjoining rooms on the second (upper) floor. There is no elevator, so that would have been a problem. Fortunately, there was a ground-floor room specifically designed for disabled access and use, with an ADA-compliant bathroom, which the staff reserved specifically for those needs. They quickly reassigned us to that room and the second-floor room immediately above. So helpful!

It's good spot been staying multiple times since in was Hotel 8 been are great value is ok I send 180 for 2 nights breakfast the best was the Orange Juice that's it

Like always bunch are don't like but first of all staff was not bad but the young girl need to motivated to work at lease look decent to a be a reception looked like really bad second is idk I really never check but are pets allowed my neighbor had 2 big dogs and am sure they slept on the bed or on the carpet but I was raining and dogs had dirty paws 🐾 I don't know am not a dog person last is breakfast they should work on their breakfast everything taste kinda bad but it's a good hotel

I loved that there was an air conditioner in the room. It was warmer than I'm used to so the cool room allowed for a good nights sleep. I also liked having a microwave and a small fridge in the room. I liked that there were many breakfast choices. Coffee, juice yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, bread for toast, doughnuts. I'm sure there were a few other items.

That the breakfast room opened at 7:30a. I would've preferred a 6:30a or 7am opening only because I'm an early riser.

It was a hot day! When you arrive it is like a little oasis set back off the street., shaded and inviting. A large water fountain in the courtyard welcomes you as you go to your room, the sound creating a very relaxing atmosphere! Our room was very quiet, the beds super comfortable - extra pillows provided upon request. Special requests were handled promptly. We travel on a Motorcycle and we were happy that so many stores and restaurants were walking distance from the Hotel. Even the breakfast was nice - not extravagant- cereal, bagels, toast, granola bars, yogurt, pancakes, fresh fruit. You are bound to find something to satisfy you.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I did walk to the ice machine only to find out I needed my room card to operate the machine and get ice. Now I know.

Liked the enclosed courtyard with the little fountain and benches - very nice to look out on and walk across on our way to our room. Also, because of its off street location, our stay was blissfully quiet. Finally, though our interactions wit them were minimal since there were no issues to resolve, they were professional and very courteous.

Our only real criticism is the somewhat cramped parking space and as a result of the fact that apparently this hotel attracts many tradespeople and workers from out of the area, the parking facility was very crowded with large trucks and other commercial/work type vehicles making it quite difficult to not only park and maneuver, but also somewhat inconvenient to unload and load ours. I consider this to be a fairly minor complaint, however. as it may not always be this way.

The hotel was very convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was on my way home after major surgery and my husband and I were wanting to break up the 6 hr drive. I booked it for the wrong day on booking.com the manager helped cancel the reservation and gave us an even better deal on our room. When I needed more pillows, they were right on it! We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff were all very friendly. Our little dog got our of our room somehow when we were not there. The manager used the cameras to track the dog and help recover her safely. They also helped move our rooms together and change to a non smoking room. Every person on the staff including the maid were so nice.

The bed was extremely firm which is not my preference at all so I did not sleep well. The pillows were also very firm which is not my preference. Others may prefer that.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Parking was easy. They accommodated me with an extra late check out for free, when I had to work. I loved that the room had a fridge in it, and a bathtub and not a stand up shower. The beds were comfortable and more soft than firm (how I prefer it).

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did wish they had some more substantial breakfast, like eggs and sausage/bacon, or even hard boiled eggs offered.

Staffs were very patient and accommodating. Breakfast is simple, but I love the pancakes which are made fresh by a machine within a minute! Coffee was good too, and the price paid was very reasonable.

I had a nice quiet sleep, because I turned off the heater. The fan noise was too loud, and there's no way to turn it down. Water pressure on the overhead shower is too weak as well.
