The room smelled clean and was very clean. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. Good size refrigerator. We didn't eat breakfast so we couldn't speak to that. We were afraid it would be noisy since it is right next to the freeway. Couldn't hear a thing! We were in town for a family Memorial service, and getting a good night's sleep was important.

The only drawback was that the lobby smelled like carpet deodorant. There isn't any carpet, though. If it smelled clean like the room, it would have been great.

That they accommodated the room being on the first floor, and being able to take our dog with us.

When we showed up to check-in Thursday night, the gentleman looked at me and said, no. Pets when I already called and talked to him and his morning staff and paid final seventy five dollars, which is twenty five dollars a day, so we can have her with us. So the panic that set in in my face and heart.It was pretty bad showing up after a eight hour drive to this hotel.I made a a reservation in drove all that way. the other thing is I paid for a king room and got put in a double Queen room. Come on the base floor I don't know if this was because of the 1st floor request or what but it was never explained.

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, and best of all, streaming services Netflix and YouTube were available on the TV. Don’t laugh; after a long exhausting day on the road, that counts for a lot.

The room really needs an armchair or two, and a small table with a couple of chairs for coffee and a snack would be appreciated. The very large queen room only had one built-in desk and desk chair besides the two beds. There was plenty of room for comfortable seating; please add some!

The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options. I accidentally left my coffee pot there and they kept it safe until I could come back and get it.

The water pressure was not very good. The toilet did clog up but we were able to fix it. The maintenance wasn’t able to come to the next day. It worked out for us but just be aware maintenance is not there after a certain time. They don’t have a pool anymore I wish they would do a garden or something in that area.

They staff was very helpful, room was clean and cooled off before we arrived since weather has been in the high 90s and low 100s. The pool was nice. Breakfast was ok wish they had more options tho. But not horrible. Over all 9 out of 10.

That someone would clean around the pool area more often there was some messy areas were people left things.

Great location and my favorite part is always the jacuzzi. I always stay in a jacuzzi suite. LOVE the luxury and comfort of the jacuzzi suites. My home away from home!!! I can't wait to go back. I always look forward to my stays there!!

The breakfast could be better for sure

There was a lot of road noise. Our room was right outside when the ice machine was so that was noisy too. There was a lot of construction guys staying there, which was fine, but when they were filling their ice chests at 3:30 a.m. it was noisy and woke us up.

Very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

There were people smoking pot and being very loud outside our door each night as our room was on the end of the building on the ground floor. Each time my husband opened the door to ask them to move or quiet down the pot smell came into the room. Everywhere we went in Ukiah you could smell pot, it's everywhere there. Half of parking lot was being redone, so that caused everyone to park in the smaller parking lot which was over crowded. The hotel is right next to a very busy main road with an offramp in front of the hotel and overpass right next to the back of the hotel. With this location it's noisy with road noise and sirens, and a challenge to get in and out of the parking lot.

The room was more spacious than expected. The buffet-style breakfast provided was also good considering the price I paid for it plus the room, and the location is convenient for heading out to Lake Mendocino!

Bathtub appeared a little dirty. Location is not convenient for people who prefer to have a hotel closer to downtown or shopping areas (which I do not care about but just putting it there for those who do).

The staff were friendly and the location was clean. The breakfast was simple but fine.

The wifi was difficult to connect to and continually kicked me out. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot
