The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding, towels etc. were of good quality. We requested a very quiet room and were placed in a location well-suited for quiet. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. For our traveling-through needs, the location was excellent.

The fixtures in the bathroom were in need of simple maintenance, nothing serious but a bit surprising. The toilet seat was very loose on the toilet, and the bathtub drain stopper didn't work, so we couldn't take a bath; when we arrived, the stopper was disconnected (unscrewed) from the drain, and even after I screwed the stopper into the drain the stopper wouldn't stay down to plug the drain.

The location was in the middle of town, yet the inside rooms around the pool were very quiet. All the amenities including soaps, lotions, perfectly folded towels with the ones on the sink like works of art, and use of a blow dryer were there. There was Wifi and a tv that was easy to turn on and off, and had many stations and HBO included. There were tables downstairs for breakfast in the morning and meetings in the evening.

The landline phone did not work, tried to call the front desk and didn't even get a dial tone. Maybe they need to take them out altogether as most people have cell phones these days.

When calling the hotel, I was repeatedly told the call could not be completed as dialed. I was not able to call the hotel at all. My girlfriend was not able to complete a call either. Also, $50 for one hour early check in is ridiculous. We had a wedding to be at in the afternoon. Cut it pretty close.

Pool area was both covered and open. Also surrounded by vegetation that was nice and quiet. And there were tables with umbrellas available on the sides of the pool. Breakfast was more substantial than other hotels.

Some rooms are a long walk from reception.

The swimming pool was very refreshing, and we appreciated the pool towels that were available. The room was large, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having two sinks. Everything was clean, convenient and conducive to a very relaxing stay.

When we got there the staff said that there were no two queen bed rooms, but he gave a us two king rooms for the same price. He was so nice! The breakfast was very good and the pool area was nice.

Great view of the pool, garden, beautiful pond and the mountains in the background! Room was clean comfortable and cool! It was 98 degrees when we arrived. Will definitely be back with the kids so they can enjoy the pool and garden

The rooms were spacious and clean. The fresh breakfast was a treat. I left behind my kindle and staff turned it in promptly and called me to pick it up. Made my day.

Shower was hot and strong.

Toilet was right up against the counter, so it made it difficult. I would have liked eggs with no bell peppers.
