Hot breakfast provided every morning. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles. Plus cold options (cereal, fruit, bagels, etc.) The person who checked us in (I think he was the manager) was 100% dedicated to friendly, fast, customer service. Apologized profusely for helping another guest obtain some bedding. Super nice man!

Only complaint would be that the shower did not have a lot of water pressure. And perhaps a variety at breakfast (pancakes one day, french toast, mini omeletes, for example)

Very secure they watch out for ya while staying;

Having to have the parking pass or get towed or ticketed. We had our father in the hospital down the road and sometimes with all the family going back and forth we’d forget the pass. But we understand the purpose is to keep out homeless etc from staying there.

Convenience to Anschutz Medical, comfortable bed and couch, room attendants very friendly.

At initial check-in, the man behind the front desk had a reservationist on speaker phone. The entire lobby heard her CC number. Front desk by far was a big disappointment. Didn't say hello or welcome. Good thing other workers there had personalities. Furniture in the rooms were a bit worn, first morning for breakfast, items weren't stocked...and it was only 8:45 am.

The hotel staff was amazing. Booking.com screwed up my booking when I changed dates and got a confirmation stating so. The hotel didn't have it on file. So I was charged for a night I wasent there. After calling booking.com the customer service rep was completely unless. So I went to the hotel and showed them the confirmations I got and they where very nice and understood what was going on. Definitely amazing customer service here.

Everything about booking.com. from the system to the rude customer service on the phone just Everything about it. The hotel was perfect nothing wrong there at all. Just booking.com which I won't be using after this at all I would rather pay twice as much to not have to deal with them ever again.

We stayed here mostly for the location. Its close to the transplant hospital. We are dealing with serious medical issues. Needless to say, the trip was a little stressful. It was nice to stay somewhere that was close to hospital, clean and quiet. I requested extra pillows online and they were already on the bed. Most places we have stayed at usually ignore any online request. The breakfast was nice. They keep the food hot and everything you need is stocked and available. The staff are great.. Edgar is informative and very helpful. This is an older facility, so it needs a little updating. However, impressed by the cleanliness. I've worked in this industry and know what a clean hotel looks like. Thank you Edgar for taking the time to answerall my questions.

Hot tub not working. Blackout curtains are too short. Couch was not very comfortable.

Everything was nice and the staff was great. The guy with the blue hair in the breakfast area had a little bit of attitude but nothing I couldn't check.

The fact that we were there for 9 days total and they only had bacon for breakfast ONE time. It was always gross sausage.

spacious rooms for the price, it was equipped for anything we needed. breakfast was good. convenient location. wifi worked well. wasn’t aware I had to request house keeping 24hr in advance if you’re staying for more than one night, I requested it on day 2 and they were able to accommodate which was nice.

at check in time; rooms weren’t available, waited in lobby almost an hour before asking again and apparently there were ready but wasn’t given a courtesy notification as they saw me waiting there. the pools chlorine smell is so overpowering as soon as you walk in, it burned my nose. elevators and hallways were messy and had bad odor. too many sketchy people hanging around the building, wasn’t too at ease.

When I called to confirm my booking they did not mention there was a deposit I showed up and they wanted a deposit The amount of homeless people Around the hotel was overwhelming We could only use the front door to get in the building

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. The location was great. Me and my girlfriend simply did a pitstop here for our road trip towards California and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The quality experience we got for the value was top notch. The man who helped us, Edgar, was very professional and very passionate about his work. Every interaction was met with a smile. Not just me but the whole hotel.

No view. But that's ok as we were only doing a pitstop. Everything else was very much exceptional. Thank you Edgar and the Comfort Suites Denver.

This hotel is located near the Anschutz Hospital campus, 30 minutes walking or 5 minutes by shuttle. The rooms had a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff and drivers were very helpful.

The common areas and hallways need a little cleaning and updating.
