The location was right across the street from where we needed to be, I was there for a medical procedure. Was a comfortable bed, good shower, I liked that it did not have a fan or AC blowing constantly, and I was pleasantly surprised to be offered bottles of water for free at check in!

I use oxygen and the shower was incompatible for a tank, I had to take it off while showering. I was unable to eat the breakfast due to fasting, but I was disappointed as a gluten free traveler to find an English muffin half in the brown sugar, which rendered me unable to eat an otherwise gluten free item. I did take something with me for later.

Within walking distance to the hospital for a fit person and a shuttle was provided for the rest of us. Very helpful staff.

The breakfast was OK, but not the best. One morning, the bread delivery truck was delayed through no fault of the hotel. The breakfast staff were very patient with customers, but there was no backup food product available. Perhaps a staff member should have been sent to a nearby grocery store for bagels and bread to tide the customers over.

Hotel is gorgeous, clean and the room was beautiful. The front desk was courteous and so helpful. If I'm in the area, I'll be back for the service. The breakfast area, bar/lobby were inviting and comfy.

The pool was smaller than expected but was perfect for us. (More guests would have made it uncomfortably crowded). Also, there were only 2 towels at the pool and the sides on the pool looked quite dirty.

I’m a travel RN so I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels and traveling alone I felt very safe and comfortable enough to come out of room for breakfast. This was a late last minute booking and I needed a late checkout for my night shift instead of having to pay for an extra day. Dominion (I hope that’s right) was very helpful and kind and allowed accommodations for me as to where another staff member refused to even try to accommodate or didn’t seem to even care

There was a staff member at reception that was very dismissive and uncaring. Hospitality should not be her business

It is in a very good location for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very adequate, always well stocked and very clean. All staff was so nice and helpful. It was also very quiet.

I can never figure out hotel televisions. We didn’t even try to use it.

I enjoyed the location to the Auschutz Medical Campus. Very convenient. Shuttles provided by the hotel. They had a pretty good breakfast selection. Parking at the hotel was provided.

I would say my only complaint is that it’s in close proximity to a very business road. I could hear all the noise from the street. It made it a little difficult to sleep at night.

Because of a change in my medical appointments at UC Health, I had to change my reservation 4 days prior to arrival. I called the Spring Hill Suites location directly. I specifically asked if I needed a confirmation number for the change and was told I did not. The check in desk was very busy when I arrived and discovered the reservation had been completely cancelled. After a slight wait, a senior receptionist remedied the mistake by a room upgrade. What a relief during a very stressful time. Thank you so much.

Nice staff, had a problem with a light and they fixed it promptly. Room was clean as was the rest of the building.

Breakfast was lacking, 3 out of 4 mornings we looked and went elsewhere!

Nobody answered the phone; I had to go down to ask for one pillow, two blankets and 2 towels because we were 5, and only 3 towels in the room. The lady at front desk told me that her phones were not working; how is this possible? Imagine someone having an emergency. Only this was not good.

I didn’t have breakfast but looked like a lot of different varieties to choose from. Location was perfect for hospital stay. Also Jimmy at the front desk was so helpful!
