The restaurant was fantastic. We enjoyed a nice dinner and then went up to our room for a good night sleep. Really enjoyed not having to leave to get dinner

The hot tub was terrible. It was part of the reason we booked this hotel. We wanted to soak before bed. But it was warm at best, definitely not hot, the bubbles didn't work and there were several piles of dirt in the corners at the bottom. Honestly pretty gross

The breakfast was great! A wide variety of dishes and the option to get an omelette. Some of the little things I liked was the bar in the shower. The night light in the bathroom. Space to put my stuff under the sink. A place to put my soap. And a microwave and refrigerator. I also appreciate the complimentary ride to the airport.

I would’ve like to see more channels available.

My only the elevator was very slow at times you would think it was not working, then when trying to take it down, it was out of order which you had to do the stairs, which wasn’t a problem, but the problem was when he exited from the door, there was really signs directing you to the front desk, or back to the stairs

I stayed here one night and the customer service, the room and having a restaurant/bar was perfect. Front desk was very helpful, the room very spacious and clean. The restaurant staff very professional and courteous and the food was very delicious. The food was so good I had breakfast the next day and they knocked it out the park!

Only complaint was no one answered from restaurant for room service. It was understandable cause they were slammed when I went downstairs. Well worth it.

The facility was gorgeous. Everyone except the front desk girl who checked us in was very welcoming. The elevator was fast and the floors seemed to all be clean.

The front desk lady was very rude. We went to breakfast every morning at the hotel and the staff wasn't very pleasant. We sat for a while before anyone came to our table

cookies!! decent location, and I've stayed there before. easy to get to where I needed to and back. 3 elevators is a must.

Just so happened that we stayed there the same weekend as about 100 bikers. They weren't much of a problem, but they were all part of biker clubs and the Marijuana was smoked outside. They either hung out in the lobby or outside mostly. They weren't a real problem but the atmosphere of the place was diminished.

My flight was delayed due to weather and the hotel was kind enough to save my reservation and allow me to check me when I arrived. I also appreciated the text that the staff sent me to check on me.

Complimentary buses for pick up and drop off is very nice. Peaceful environment.

The housekeeping can do better,we went out hoping our rooms would be clean before coming back. I complained staff can't apologise and they refused to bring towels after an hour call,i have to go get it myself at the reception. The wifi is very bad,we weren't able to use the Wifi,the same breakfast were served for the 2 nights we stayed there.

I quickly addressed the problem and found it convenient to send a message about the issue.

We had to change our plans because there was just too much snow! We ended up spending a lot of time in the room. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so we could only watch the regular programs. If it had been a smart TV, we would have been much more comfortable staying in.

Requested early checkin with reservation - watched someone checking in after me , get a room and I was denied ? Asked for water at front desk ( Hilton honors perk) and told I would need to purchase a 6 dollar bottle . Came for a work conference and needed a shuttle …. Denied on this, without consideration. I would have paid .
