Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The receptionist had to leave the desk unattended for a while to take care of other people checking in. I had the impression that this property is understaffed. Our room had no towels, went to the desk to report this, waited 15 minutes for the receptionist to return from her other duties, and then received the towels. A previous tenant left a drawer FULL of old clothes -- staff came to take them out.

Property was clean. Room was clean. Pet friendly.
As with every city their was homeless walking around the parking lot in and around the area. I wish there were more lights around the hotel. We found wanting to park closer to the front of the hotel. The gentleman who checked me in to the main hotel.

Some of the workers are a little rude we plan on staying and sometimes our money doesn't get loaded on card till late and some workers are cool bit most managers are fine with it

Feels more like an apartment complex, which is pretty nice
We were on the first floor and my main complaint was other guests on the floor above us running up and down the hallways up until 2am. Not the hotel staffs fault but ridiculous

very convenient location to retail, to family and to the highway made getting around easy.
there was some noisy guests but staff were very accommodating and handled problems well.

Hospitality was Great My Suite was very Clean and efficient. Location to travel by Train or Bus was excellent.

Young lady at the front desk was Awesome! She was friendly and very helpful. We'll be back again! We stayed 09/30/21-10/01/21 Just one night and it was comfortable. The free breakfast was decent. There is a theatre within walking distance and a grocery store near by. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks :)
We would love it even more if there was a jacuzzi, but it was still a nice friendly stay!
