Jed at the front desk was extremely helpful The chef was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we liked the food (it was fabulous). The bartender (Marlena?) was the best I have had in years. I overheard another guest at the bar tell her he booked this hotel because his colleague from work told him the bartender was excellent. This seems to be the best run hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

We would have liked a shuttle to the airport.

room was nice, staff helpful. Parking not so much. Hard to find a place to park, then got a pass from the front desk to park "anywhere we could find". Free coffee was nice but few natural ingredients. No milk or cream just artificial creamers, not my first choice.

as above, better parking choices on arrival, more healthy food choices in the vending section.

Great location to national Jewish hospital. Lots of restaurant options close by. The rooms are very spacious .

Staff is nice but slow about getting things for us. Did not like the parking garage. It feels dark.

The lobby hot water for tea needs to be continually hot. Please try buying an electric kettle to keep it hot. I had luke warm tea for 5 days.

The location was nice (near restaurants, bus stops, and a park). The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. I loved how they used bulk products in the bathroom which really helps the environment. The rooms were also spacious and clean.

It is a bit far from the city center (at least 30min by bus), but it's nice to see the suburbs and outer parts of Denver. Other than that, it was great!

Very nice property, very comfortable and modern rooms.

Parking could be iffy unless you wanted to park in the parking garage below but the one time we did there was a car club meeting or something (it looked like something out of a lot budget fast and the furious knockoff) and breakfast was not included, extra charge that was honestly more pricy than the much better restaurants around there.

Nice bar/lounge. Helena was tererific! My disability room was nicely arranged, particulary the bathroom to assist my disability.

The chair in my room was older and not the most comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great location restaurants close by that were very good. Cherry Creek is very convenient. We went to the National Jewish hospital for a Dr appointment it's very close.

Home less population is bad in Denver, but this is all over. It was still around but less in this area.

The Staff, room and location

Experienced issues with my room key during entire stay. I believe it was a hotel wide issue at the time. However, the staff was very accommodating in ensuring I was taken care of promptly!

Great location. Very quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Bed mattress was badly worn and it felt like my feet were higher than my head. Restaurant and Bar were closed but not sure I would have utilized them anyway.
