I like that we were greeted well and talked about Wi-Fi and free breakfast was also told not to park in the garage due to hourly charges which is great to be told so I don't park in there! also, room was cleaned daily, and services continued to knock on our door with blankets and toiletries without us requesting it! when checking out it was easy, and staff always remained friendly and professional.

I didn't like that my room was connected to another room and I can hear everything the other room was occupied. all night long I Hurd there snoring and could not sleep. I also did not like paying an extra 15$ a day for parking, per stay would be more understandable but per day?

We arrived late, at 10:00 p.m. On arrival we encountered Nuvia and Valeria. They were very kind and professional. On the way to Denver I read some of the reviews for the hotel. I saw reviews about the bed being too hard or the place being too cold... I'm sure these people who complained complain about everything the woman that thought the bed was too hard probably sleeps in the hay. We found none of that. In fact the beds are so comfortable they're the same we have at home which is memory foam. The same mattresses the Hilton use which are the most comfortable. Everyone was super nice. The young lady Ivy, working the front desk was also very sweet. The breakfast was more than what we expected. It had eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, juices, yogurt, oatmeal, granola,. Trust me they go over and beyond at this hotel they deserve five stars all the way. Approach them with kindness and respect and you will receive the same.

You get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. All in all our stay at the Hyatt place Cherry Creek Denver made for an awesome getaway to Denver. Will definitely be back. All in all the star of the show was Nuvia she was awesome, very nice to talk to. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything at the hotel was nice.

Hotel name is misleading. It is not in the Cherry Creek neighborhood, which is very walkable. It is actually in the Belcaro area which is off Colorado Boulevard and not walkable at all. i

We stayed here for 6 days during a visit to see my daughter in Glendale. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was large, compared to the UK, and had great views of the Rockies. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel e.g. the fitness room, so can't comment. Breakfast was good with enough choices for most people, although we did notice that the chopped fresh fruit went quickly and wasn't always replenished. Our return flight to the UK was cancelled and we were particularly impressed on how helpful the front desk was in helping us. Would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping missed us on one day. If I was picky, the room would benefit from a kettle as, us Brits, love a cup of tea in the morning and boiling water in the coffee maker isn't ideal.

Great variety for breakfast with healthier options… yogurt, fruit, eggs, whole wheat bread. The room was clean and roomy, had USB connection, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, firm mattress and extra blanket and good temperature control with thermostat. I requested a high floor, quiet room…. and, my room was on the top floor, away from the elevator. Great night’s sleep! Thank you!

This is not a complaint, only a suggestion. The evening and morning receptionists didn’t seem very happy, but this did not deter from the service they provided to me as a guest. Perhaps, an employer-generated incentive for a cheerier greeting would be a suggestion for management to consider. Thank you.

Staff was professional and polite. Room was very clean. Location is good. Breakfast was good although closes to early. Rate was competitive with the area. Front desk was accommodating. I stayed for a week. Nice view from 11th floor.

No USB port in the room, bring an adapter. No guest washer/dryer in the entire building. (Seems like a major misstep in customer service, and easily fixed) There is a small fridge but lacks a small microwave in the room, even though there is a counter space for one, you have to go downstairs in the lobby to reheat your food. Inconvenient. Also, the room doors slam hard and make a lot of noise. Some guests can be very rude by not closing their doors quietly. This is a comfortable business hotel, not a luxury hotel. Overall, I would stay here again, because they met my expectations.

Breakfast was pretty solid with an assortment of bread, eggs, sausages, bacon bits, etc. , albeit could be a bit repetitive as it serve similar dishes if you plan on eating every morning (which I didn't). Front desk was professional and up to standard. Housekeeping was immaculate. Room was spacious, probably enough for 2, with a nice window view of the nearby Rockies if you are lucky. Food/shopping areas within walking/driving distance in a pretty nice part of town (Glendale). Extremely good value for price, when considering other options in the Denver area (other places either too expensive near downtown vs. cheap but unfavorable locations in shadier neighborhoods).

Parking fee $15 per night was extra expenses, but could be the norm in (or possibly cheaper compared to) other locations in Denver. Located a bit far from downtown, but with a car that's not really that big of a deal honestly.

The location is nice just off the main thoroughfare but in a quiet wooded enclave, Plenty of buses on that main street nearby. A few blocks to many eateries and a market. The building is a lovely high-rise with views over the whole area. Impeccably clean and superb high quality in every respect. Modern and spanking new in appearance.

We did not have breakfast as there was a fee. No free coffee but can request hot water in the lobby. The hotel is great but the main street has zero shade so you are like a french fry on a broiler in August here. There is a few-minutes taxi ride to the local train to downtown but it was under maintenance so completely chaotic. They announced a 1.5 hour delay but as we gave up and left after 20 minutes the train pulled in!

The location and the accommodations for the price were spot on. This was a very good centrally located hotel if you were going around the Denver metro area.

Just a few things: 1 - Front desk staff didn't engage with guests and 2 - the PILLOWS! Invest in quality pillows that provide support. We had 6 pillows on our bed because we asked for more and we ended up pulling cushions form the sofa to have any support at all. The pillows were nothing - you had more support from sleeping on the bed itself without one.

Rooms were very nice, great bed. Not a bad location, didn't feel unsafe.

Booking.com did not mention the $15/night parking charge so it was an unpleasant surprise at check-in. Also whoever was managing the bar/restaurant wasn't paying attention - no lettuce for the chicken Caesar salad, no chicken for same. Very limited choices. The advertisements for the restaurant posted around the hotel talked about food items that weren't even on the menu.
