I love the people! Everybody working there is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is truly exceptional as well! I am very thoughtful about eating quality and healthy food. In my experience, Hilton does an exceptional job prioritizing the quality of their breakfast.

I don't like that there is a charge for parking. I did appreciate that they waived the parking fee for me, as there were plenty of free spots. Even so, I just don't enjoy being nickeled and dimed. Bake the cost of parking into the room rate. Believe it or not, Hilton does stand out above the others, I did choose this hotel even though cheaper options existed, and I equally appreciate a simple, firm price.

The room and facilities were excellent. But best of all was the staff. I was there for a painful funeral and they couldn’t have been more thoughtful and accommodating.

Not the property, but their information on your site. I was sent a text message informing me that masks were required at all times in public places in the hotel. Obviously outdated, but potentially harmful to their business. I did inform the desk.

I was grateful for the wifi. The continental breakfast provided for the conference was great. The hotel was peaceful and I slept well even the first night. The proximity to different restaurants was very helpful.

I was sharing a room with a colleague and I couldn't go into the room until she arrived. The parking spots in the garage are very tight. Paying extra for parking is always a bit disappointing but we were grateful for the garage parking.

The room was great. The desk is very convenient to work. The bed is comfy. Linens are ok. The bathroom is ok. The flush of the toilets lacks a bit of pressure.

The breakfast, though good, takes toooooooooooo much time ! Time to cook and serve a breakfast is much longer than expected. It is required to have at least 45 minutes ahead of you to be sure to enjoy your breakfast. This is not bearable in a long run if you are here to work with fixed and early hours.

The onsite parking was a great perk. The garage goes straight to the hotel without having to go outside. The cookies from the front desk were delicious. The restaurant/bar area was spacious and offered great hospitality. It was the perfect place to watch a football game. It was winter so we couldn't use the pool, but the pool area looked clean and inviting. It's a beautiful property that's close to downtown and very close to the shopping mall.

Room and bed was very comfortable. Thanks for having extra pillows and blankets available. I also like having a sink outside the bathroom door.

The cost of breakfast was too expensive for the amount I ate. Plus no microwave in the room. My view was supposed to be mountains. While laying in bed all I saw was a big red building.

The location of the hotel at Colorado Blvd. and Cherry Creek Drive North is very convenient to Cherry Creek and Downtown Denver. The parking garage enables me to get my car out of the weather and provides an added level of security. The rooms are very comfortable, and the restaurant and lounge service are great.

Breakfast was ok for what we had .there was no 10.00 dallor breakfast as advertised on the web sight .had the breakfast skillet mostly potato's very little veggies and sausage and eggs And not cooked properly. Very hard potato's.

The fact my booking was initially cancelled just prior to arrival from the uk and could only get 3nights when rebooked meaning I had to move and stay elsewhere for my 4th night .

The room and bed were good. I did not have breakfast this trip but at Christmas time the breakfast was good.

I found parking very difficult. I had a SUV in December. I found it difficult to park. I got a kia in July and still found it hard to park.
