They were able to upgrade us to a suite with a pull out couch because my husband had to come at the last minute because the engine in my car blew up on the way to Denver. Odette at the front desk was absolutely amazing and friendly. It was very stressful for her because their credit card symptoms were down, but she remained professional. The room was very clean and very nice! We were very impressed. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing we didn't like.

The staff was amazing, super personable and helpful throughout! Especially the guy with the mustache. The location was in the middle of everything we wanrex/needed and the food options around were rad.

The pool could be cleaner and the continental breakfast was okay, but could have been better with meat selection.

We had a late night/ so didn’t make it down for breakfast.

The woman at the front desk was cold and rude. Gave her my confirmation number and name and she was very short with me that I did not have a room there that there were lots ofMarriots around. I confirmed the address on my confirmation with her. I asked her if I should just go ahead check in on line. She told me to basically move away from the desk (no one else was checking in) and call whoever I booked with. When I checked myself in on line, SUDDENLY now she could give me my room key. Didn’t apologize for her attitude or any inconvenience to me. This woman does not represent your company very well and should not be in customer service!

Pretty much everything was more than satisfactory except what is noted below. Breakfast very, very good. Outstanding location, many restaurants & retail shops close by - within walking distance - a fabulous restaurant & lounge right across the street (Hacienda Colorado). Interstate I-25 real close.

There was only 1 small pkg of soap - no other toiletries like lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. CNN channel was not working.

I got in late so went right to sleep in the morning when I got up there was a blood stain on the top sheet so I ran to the mirror but I had no cuts or wounds so must have been there when I got into bed which is pretty gross Otherwise I liked the hotel and location was good as well.

The woman who came to clean each day was wonderful!!

Upon arrival I was informed that my reservation was changed from king to double queen, was not happy! There was somebody’s leftover food in pool area from noon until pol closed.

The roms werevery clean. the desk staff went well and above to help with orange juice for a 4 year old when it wasnt available in the vending machines. When members of a wedding party needed a changing room, desk staff made every effort to find accomodations for them.

We liked everything and do not have any negative comment.

Location was great. Clean. Liked the separate sitting area.

Access to underground parking was very tight. We were almost in near accidents with 2 vehicles that were exiting the parking garage as we were entering.

I have tried this place twice now hoping the first time was a fluke but these rooms are just rough. However front desk clerk was wonderful! she changed my room and it was better.

The bed and pillows are comfy! The suite has a lot of room. The parking garage is SUPER convenient and a great perk!

I didn’t like that we didn’t have a microwave in our room. We had one 2 years ago when we stayed there. The shelf and outlet are there above the frig. It’s not convenient to go to the lobby to heat leftovers, especially having concerns with COVID. Several times over 4 days the hand sanitizer units by P3 and the lobby elevators were empty! I feel someone should check those a couple of times a day!
