We stayed for two nights at this lovely guesthouse. Our room (Stargazing) was very spacious and has a beautiful ceiling! As a self-checkin hotel, we received all the necessary information in advance, so we could directly go to our room. The breakfast was really nice and comes with fresh berries and fruits, cereals (they even had plain oat flakes) cake and bread. Everyday, they provide also a special dish. The neighborhood was to us a little suspicious. Although, the owner assured us it was save to go out, even at night. There are some restaurants just close by. If there was something to complain about this lovely place then the fact that the AC couldn’t be handled by the guests. It was set to 70° and blew 24 hours.

When we arrived at the lovely old mansion from the 19th century we had a warm and friendly welcome. The house is perfectly refurbished and furnished. Every detail in this house is fine and suitable. We used the private car park at the front. To our surprise we got an upgrade for a suite which we loved and enjoyed so much. It was a quiet stay close to the col fax mainstreet. There you can find restaurants, cafes or bars. In the evening you can go out for a drink on foot. We really enjoyed the hearty breakfast in a bright room which never was crowded or loud. After we entered the house we used to remove our shoes as requested. In summary a fantastic stay for which we say "Thank you very much"

No complaints!

Me and my friend booked flora house for our stay while visiting Denver to catch a concert at red rocks and let me tell you this place was beyond perfect! The stay itself is so cute and comfortable, all the little touches around the place truly made it spectacular! They’re also right across from a bar that does shuttle pick up/drop off for red rocks!

It is an old building so you do hear creaking in the floors but as far as noise control it’s actually pretty good!

Flora House is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, it's evident that the owner has poured their heart and soul into every detail. The Orchid Suite, where we stayed, was not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The hot tub was an absolute highlight, offering a luxurious way to unwind and relax. Jen and the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, offering wonderful options and extras that truly elevated our experience. It was a delightful getaway that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Flora House is definitely a place we'll be returning to again and again.

Absolutely nothing was undesirable!

Flora House rooms are cozy and quiet, and have comfy beds and pillows, and updated fixtures. The common area is wonderful to hang out in, not cold or echoey like similar B&B's in Denver.

We experienced a snafu in communication between Bookings.com and the Flora House, so that our door codes expired one night/day early and locked us out. The Flora House folks were super responsive and gave us alternative door codes, so all ended well.

Definitely a nice B&B close to lots of green area, the Botanical Gardens, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. I had stitches so couldn’t enjoy the hot tub and s’mores on the patio but just another reason to come back. We liked that there were yoga mats for use in our room. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but I’m sure it was wonderful.

The property was great, it is a little close to Colfax and some homeless asked us for money but the property can’t help that!

Perfect oasis, also for business travelers. You can tell that your house here have been frequent travelers. The rooms are well outfitted and spacious with plenty of room for your luggage, space around the sink for toiletries, lots of outlets, and a desk/working/sitting area. What a great escape from anonymous sterile cramped business hotels! Both the house and The hostess are charming, the honor bar and shared fridge very practical. We were there in winter on our way to the mountains, so we didn't test the hot tub, but could have.

Just about everything. The room was so very comfortable after a long day of driving. The bed, chairs, bathroom, lighting, fan were just great. The breakfast was great, the garden peaceful with that hot tub and plenty of outdoor tables, a comfortable living room and dining room and especially a gorgeous victorian house. We felt like we were royalty in that house. The manager was very responsive to everything we needed, including an early bkfst before we went to the airport. It reminded us of an English b and b! And it was walking distance to the amazing Denver Botanical Gardens with complimentary entry with tickets provided by the Flora House.

Very charming. So much thought into making people comfortable with lots of little amenities and things that make people comfortable. The decor was cozy yet elegant. The outdoor patio space was also really charming perfect for sitting out with a beverage and enjoying your time.

Great location, very clean and nicely furnished. Rooms were very spacious - lots of room to relax. Easy check-in. Continental breakfast was just right. Was able to take advantage of the free tix to the Botanical Gardens which were less than a mile away. Enjoyed talking to one of the owners - very nice. Lovely.
