There were cute kitchens in the rooms We bought groceries at Trader Joes and we could eat stuff in the room. The paintings on the walls were amazing. We posted about it so much on social media. The amenities were great. It was also cool to be able to just use a door code and not have to remember the key. Everything about the Acoma was amazing. Every time I had a question, I'd just text the management and they'd help us out. There was a lounge downstairs, a laundry room, streaming tv in our room, the bed was so comfy...I could go on and on.

We loved everything.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very attentive. It was a great location to get around downtown.

The rooms at the Acoma House are spectacular! We loved the Patrick Maxy suite. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. There was a really useful unit installed in the corridor that provided complimentary bottles of water and other basics that you may need during your stay. The location was ideal. There was a cool cafe / bar opposite that was ideal for both morning coffees and evening drinks. It was also easy walking distance to the city centre.

There was some construction work taking place to an adjoining property while we were there. The contractors were very considerate but this did impact a little on the privacy of our room. We also had an issue with an inconsiderate person (and their children) running around in the room above us on one night and one very early morning during stay. This was not the fault of the Acoma House though.

I have seen the future of hotels. A one of a kind property with each room decorated by a different artist, so a singular experience. No traditional front desk, but mobile check-in and an efficient messaging system that provides exterior door and guest room access codes eliminate all the friction from the typical arrival process. HOT water in the shower. A large refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Plates, glasses and utensils - like you would find in an extended stay property. A Torchy's Tacos is open late across the street... Forget or need something? A utility cabinet has not only extra towels, soap, toothbrushes, extra coffee/tea pods, bottles of water, etc. but charging cords and other conveniences available to borrow and return. The most outstanding aspect was that housekeeping is not only on demand, but they asked me what time would be convenient to clean my room. Having stayed in Four Seasons, Ritz-Carltons, Mandarin Orientals, etc. This was the FIRST time I was ever asked in advance what time I would like my room cleaned. In summary, a well-located, exceptionally unique property that provides exceptional service by eliminating all the traditional guest-staff interactions that normally only benefit the hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

You are seriously wasting your time if you are researching where to stay in Denver. The Acoma House was literally the most amazing boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleanliness, unique rooms, privacy, and easiness of pretty much everything went beyond my expectations. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and the simplicity of the check in is easier than any hotel you will ever stay at. Highly is too pitty of a word to say how much I recommend the Acoma House. 10/10!

Something the Acoma House can literally not control. The person above was very loud, and I think stomped for a liviing but this is beyond the hotel's control. Besides that, absolutely could not tell you one thing that there was to dislike.

A beautiful property in an amazing location! The styling and vibe of the building and rooms is outstanding. We found the reception-free entry and exit surprisingly easy and the adjacent parking lot very convenient (thanks for the discounted rate!). We stayed in the Just Create It suite for only one night, and we found it spacious and very comfortable. The bed was the best we've had at a hotel, the bathroom and shower were quite luxe, and the kitchenette offered much more than we anticipated. My favorite aspect by far was how generous the hosts were with their complimentary items! Every toiletry item you could want, and in no short supply. Water bottles, coffee supplies, ear plugs and much more, on convenient carts as soon as you enter, plus a well-stocked cabinet with even more. I've never heard of a hotel that will lend you a phone charger, but I love it. We wish we could have stayed here longer, but it is absolutely on our list to return back to when we are in Denver again!

Hauling our luggage up the stairs was quite a workout, which leads me to think the building is not very handicap accessible. There is no elevator to my knowledge, but it is only 2 floors. An earlier check-in time than 4pm would be great, but to be fair, I didn't ask for one!

Overall, I liked this hotel a lot. The room is very lean, but it is thoughtfully put together. The bathroom was a bit small and the sink was not very easy to access by two people, but other than that it was fine. The location was pretty good, especially because there are several buses with stops nearby that take you to the center.

It was my first time in a staff-less hotel, and I found it a bit dislocating, but I got regular texts making sure everything was OK, so that was fine. I also tend to like hotels that have some kind of breakfast, even if it's minimal. The price was good but not great (meaning, it could be a bit less expensive, given lack of staff and location).

Love the contactless entry, and the way they communicate consistently through text. If you did text the number you would get a reply fairly quickly. I love how nice they seem even though the whole encounter is contactless they still focus on guest relation and satisfaction. I love that extra towels are just right outside in the linen closet. This location is also unbeatable especially with the 50% discount on the parking lot connecting to the building.

The water pressure was the only thing that was lackluster on my stay. Bathroom trashcan really small, maybe more trash bags with “kitchen” trash for longer/extended stays.

Unique art in every room, tiny space but everything you might possibly need for a longer-than-one night stay: microwave, nice refrigerator, coffee pod machine, induction plate; knives, many cooking utensils and pots, dishes & all utensils; coffee cups and glasses; soap, hand lotion, sponge, paper and even a small vacuum cleaner. Bathroom had nice touches, such as bamboo toothbrushes with toothpaste-imbedded brushes! Comfy bed, lots of different lights. Then the staff!!! Terrific, hard-working people eager to please. I arrived very early and got to store my luggage downstairs. 4 hours before stated checkin time, they sent me a text saying my room was ready! Nice casual restaurant across the street, great deli for coffee abd breakfast half a block away, and 1-1/2 blocks away from the Denver Art Museum! Great mural on side of the hotel.

Nothing displeased me…

This is an absolute gem in the heart of Denver, at a stone throw from various museums and the capitol. The building is directly adjacent to a (relatively affordable) large parking lot, for those coming by car. The hotel has a cool keyless, selfservice model of operating, with all doors functioning by means of codes and various amenities being freely available in the central hallway. That said, the owners are incredibly responsive via whatsapp or Booking.com, and always inviting and kind as well. The hotel features a first and second floor with sizeable rooms. I stayed in a room (#110) that was actually more like a small suite. The decorating is artsy and the conditioning of the room was really very stylish and it all looked like it was done up last week - which I'm pretty sure it was not! Price-quality ratio is remarkably attractive for what you get here. Spacious bathroom with lots of towels and good water pressure, comfy large beds, and a useful kitchenette as well. Across the street is a fun large cafe (School Yard) housed in a former schoolbuilding. The building features pretty examples of metro Denver's well-known colourful murals.

My only argument was with the TV which operates based on lots of providers (also for various sports) and I could not get that to work properly, but that may also be on me.
