This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice, we preferred the Hyatt House — larger, well-equipped, and very clean. The location is good, close to the convention center and downtown, making it ideal for both business and personal trips. We really appreciated the helpfulness and availability of the front desk staff — they were always ready to answer our questions.

However, the breakfast was quite basic with limited choices, especially compared to other hotels we've stayed at and the pool has too much clore in my opinion

We picked Hyatt House for it's location near the convention center and amenities (free breakfast, allowed pets, on-site bar/restaurant). The staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had.

The only issue we had was the elevators had a sign indicating you needed to use your room card to access the upper floors, however I only found one elevator that restricted access unless you had a key card. So, anyone could use the elevator whether they were staying there or not. With several conferences going on during our stay, there were a lot of people coming and going and it's just a safety issue for the guests.

We really appreciated the on-site laundry and the convenient downtown location. It put us within easy walking distance of so many fun attractions, like the Illusion Museum, Selfie Museum, and Children’s Museum.

The pool was unfortunately too cloudy and a strong chlorine smell, which made us hesitant to let our kids swim. Breakfast also lacked variety - vegetarian options were limited, and there were none available for vegans.

While the location is convenient I had to move rooms because the first room was on the side of the hotel where there is a nightclub and on the Saturday night it was very loud. I was originally on the 8th floor. I moved to the 18th floor and got a room that was on the inside of the building and it was much better. The staff were very helpful when I asked to move. But I probably wouldn’t stay there again because I wouldn’t want to risk getting a hoist room.

Staff (Erika at front desk) was very friendly and helpful. Another lady at valet parking helped us with parking for the afternoon after we checked out which is much appreciated. Hotel was generally clean and spacious.

Parking was pricey but considering it's in Denver city it's understood. The shower room door cannot be closed completely resulting in massive water leakage in the bathroom after the shower. Also bathroom door is transparent with bathroom right next to the bed, when the bathroom light is switched on in the middle of the night(my partner needed to use the bathroom), it is too bright and was disturbing.

I like the hotel very much. They had everything in the room, including the microwave, hotplate (induction), cooking pan, plates, cup, and press; everything I needed was there in the room. Moreover, I really like their breakfast. The location is also perfect, every attraction place was in walking distance.

Check-in time is too late 4 pm. Checkout time was ok (12 noon), but if you are staying for one day, effectively, you are getting a hotel room for only 20 hours.

Staff was very nice and helped me receive packages from Amazon. Very smooth check-in and check-out. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast spread. Great amenities. Room was incredibly spacious and competitively priced. Central, safe location.

It would be nice if housekeeping was automatically set to every day, instead of the guest having to call the reception to make a note of that. Elevators/lifts took some time to arrive.

The lady at the front desk was very rude taking my payment at check in ( her machine wasn't working) she assumed it was my card being declined. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing. It was in fact the card machine not working and fault on your end. She didn't apologize was really just rude and unprofessional I stayed a total of 4 night ($550.00

Good amount of space for a prolonged stay. The complementary breakfast is similar to your non-complementary standard breakfast in a hotel. The location is very convenient.

The restrooms are right next to the bed with a sliding glass door, which will not stop the noise or else. If you get up in the middle of the night, you are flushing right in your partner ears. The room clean-up doesn't change the towels, which is fine, but fold them are put them on the clean towel rack, even when the towels are still wet, this weird. The staff will not replenish the coffee pads or anything else, so after 1 or 2 days, you need to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. 54$ / day for parking is too much.

I had a suite, which is like an efficiency apartment. It was perfect for a business trip as it had a living room area, a bedroom separated by a partition in which a TV sat. The small kitchenette was very nice and the counter/dining table served a desk. Marco, the hotel engineer/handy man was great - he fixed a running toilet and helped me get online, so he's not just a building engineer but also a software engineer. Double his salary!

The hotel had a nice bar and breakfast area, but no real restaurant. The bar served a limited amount of "pub food" which was ok, but I would have liked to have a real restaurant with a wider selection, including both meat and vegetarian dishes.
