It was a convenient location, reasonably close to the Colorado Convention Center, but saved me some money compared to the official conference hotels.

The breakfast was a bit expensive, frankly. I had asked the front desk staff about restaurants nearby on Saturday, when I arrived, because I was hungry. They recommended Salvaggio's Deli, which is not open on weekends, I discovered, but also does not typically open on weekdays at 7 a.m., despite what it says on its door sign. They seem to open whenever they feel like coming in. That is not the hotel's fault but be aware before suggesting it again.

The staff were very friendly and the checking and check out process was smooth. We did not use any of the restaurant or market place amenities so cannot comment on this. It is walking distance to some restaurants and a target, cvs and Walgreens so that was helpful. We were there for an event and only stayed 2 nights.

The rooms were dated and a lot of dust around the edges and embedded in the chair/ottoman. The pool was murky and we felt itchy after swimming. The furnishings and carpet were dark so the room felt dark as there is only lamps and not a lot of light. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and it was broken and would push out.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was easy to get to and very central for our purposes. We were there to celebrate our eleventh anniversary, I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival and ask if they had an anniversary package that they could add on to the room. As I had already booked one of the better rooms, the package was not really more than we already had booked. However, the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond to make our weekend special by finding a way to help me surprise my wife with a decorated room and a bottle of champagne. Great job and a heartfelt thank you to the staff for a very memorable weekend.

I really have nothing bad to say. Had a few small issues that were promptly corrected.

The room was clean and the housekeepers were very conscientious. The bed was made expertly and my coffee was replenished each day. The housekeeper's name was Yusney and she did a great job.

The coffee creamer in the room was called, "whitener". Gross. I accidentally forgot a clean white button-down shirt in room 1625. I called the day after my stay and didn't receive a warm fuzzy answer that anyone would actually look for it. What the desk clerk said was that he would enter a ticket and I would receive an email if it was found. Not reassuring at all. $60 new shirt and no one is looking for it. :-(

The room was great, clean and with a nice view. Especially loved the tennis court, pool and workout facilities. Plus, the staff was just wonderful. Loved the nice touch of the complementary cocktails, sweets and face painting on the Fourth of July - such a nice surprise! Appreciated how the staff at the market downstairs gave us glassware with our wine bottle purchase, too!

Nothing to fault the Hotel on - but the view & location will be much better once the construction is further along on 16th St, and with the neighboring buildings.

Very clean, well designed room with extremely thoughtful lighting, including night lights at floor level that come on automatically when getting out of bed, but do not go off when turning in bed. Plenty of towels and face flannels. Facilities also included a nice gym and a clean pool that was a little small (around 15 meters in length at a guess) but big enough to use for a light bit of exercise. Nice furnishings with a lovely chair with footstool. Room was also very spacious and location was easy to walk to local downtown amenities. Appreciated there was a fridge for cold drinks.

Didn’t like that the only cups in the room were disposable, would have preferred a less wasteful regular mug. The coffee maker also didn’t really have the option to just boil water (at last not obviously). There were ‘tea’ pods but this meant someone couldn’t use his own. Most strangely there was a bath but it seemed the plumbing was such that only the shower would work. Also thought it was a bit strange to have room temperature bottled water in the room but at a price, would have preferred not to have it there at all and only in vending machines. These were all relatively minor issues, though and it was a pleasant room.

The location was within walking distance to almost everything we needed. The wings at the restaurant were probably the best we’ve ever had, the service was amazing and the drinks were great too! We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday and were upgraded to a bigger room, and also received a free appy and drinks which was a nice surprise! The bar staff and coffee baristas were all so friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I did like the design and practicallity of the rooms. It was clean enough. The staff was great. They were extremely kind. And if there is any noise occurs, the security arrive immediately and the problem goes right away.

Just the streamspray has no pressure and I gotta wander around with a hair has no volume but thats fine. I had a peaceful stay.

Your lobby front desk staff member, Patrick, did a wonderful job at making me feel very welcome. This man is an asset to your company, exemplifies the highest degree of professionalism within hospitality, and deserves a promotion and raise.

The prices for each night’s stay, as well as the bottles of water, can be cheaper in order to be more competitive with alternative options.

Staff very polite and helpful. Ate at hotel once only, good but pretty expensive. Room pretty good, basic and clean but overall nothing special.

Nothing in particular regarding the hotel itself, my disappointment was more in regard to Denver downtown, I did not expect it to be in this type of condition. Lots of homeless and unbalanced people particularly in the "tourist" upscale area of the 16th st mall, felt like I needed to watch my back at all times. I know some of the bigger cities can be this way but this seemed particularly bad and I was not expecting it. Frankly because of the condition of the city I would not stay at this hotel again and would be inclined to stay in the suburban area.
