This property is beautiful! The interior decor of the room, the euro-style was very tactful well done! The Fitness area, the on-site dining and overall amenities offered was amazing! We definitely recommend this property to our friends and family when they fly in from out of town.

My one and only complaint is small, but it did keep me awake on and off all night long…. The ceiling, vent in the bathroom area rattled every time the heater came on in the next door room. I did not report it in the middle of the night because I wasn’t willing to have someone enter my room to fix it, but I did tell the front desk upon my departure

The room had an amazing view of the city. Really comfortable bed. The cleaning / housekeeping staff are amazing. They cleaned so throughly and even tidied up my items every day! Location is great downtown. Walkable to anywhere in downtown really. Good breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and booking a room with a view

The WiFi wasn't so secure. My email accounts were attempted to be hacked as soon as I joined the WiFi, had to change my passwords. I didn't use it for the rest of my stay. The valet parking is way too expensive.

The front desk staff were amazing and very friendly throughout my entire stay! We had drinks on the 54Thirty Rooftop Bar and it was amazing! As soon as my Best Friend and I checked into our room and went up to our room, we were celebrating my 22nd birthday and they put a bottle of Champange in our room and macarons with a very sweet card saying “Happy Birthday” and it was an amazing experience and gift. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be staying there again when i’m in Denver!

Centrally located close to everything - walking distance to main spots. Staff is really kind and helpful. Lovely set-up, design and decor.

Housekeeping needs to be managed better. It is only offered once every alternative day. But our requests kept being dismissed. Asked for housekeeping to be done on the 3rd day after 1300hrs but we had knock on the door at 11pm and again at 8:30am for housekeeping. 4 days at hotel and we never got it cleaned. Also appreciate the hand shower but water pressure is very poor. Breakfast very basic.

Very clean and inviting! Staff was great! Room was clean, comfortable and very nice. Has a rooftop bar that we really enjoyed also! We were able to walk to most places, location was great!

Parking, but totally expected In a large city. There was a small public parking lot right next to the hotel that we used. They offered valet parking also.

Overall this is a lovely hotel - great location, friendly & helpful staff, modern, clean, comfortable bed, good sized room. Complementary morning coffee in reception is a nice touch as you head out for the day. We ordered room service one night and it was delicious and a reasonable price.

I haven't scored negatively for this as it's a preference thing, but I have to mention it - the bathroom set up is very strange (imo). There is a toilet cubicle with a sliding glass door, a separate shower cubicle (where you step out of the shower directly into the bedroom), and then the sink is just in the bedroom. So there is virtually no privacy, and it's also hard not to wake each other up if you get up in the night. Just don't understand it as there is plenty of space for a nice bathroom. It looks great, but is impractical really.

The staff, particularly Kimberly, was excellent! While we didn't eat there, the rooftop bar had the most spectacular view. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfy. It's was the perfect location for a show at Bellco and enjoying 16th street shopping. Wonderful stay!

I loved the top floor with wonderful city views. The gym was great n same floor and so was the bar with incredible staff and great views.

Housekeeping not responsive then lheard complaining about having to do room so late. Bare in mind service request was made 6 hours earlier - arrived at room over 6 hours later room still not made up m

When you walk in it smell Sooo good. Very clean hotel. When I check it after 14 hours drive I was greeted with smile and great customer service. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Top notch.

I love how everytime we walked in we were always greeted with a warm welcome, regulardless if we came intoxicated or sober. Very rare to have a non judgmental environment when it comes to hotels because of alot of employees tend to judge. But this one was absolutely so warm and welcoming. The staff and valet went above an beyond to make sure we knew where everything was located and provided such great friendly service. Definitely want to come back for a 2nd experience!
