Free breakfast was good--not gourmet but had all that one would need to get going. Friendly staff, spacious room that was unexpectedly quiet! Downtown location was excellent. I would stay there again.

Parking rates were in line with others, but still excessive. Sorry, but I'd have given a 10 if not for that.

The room was very comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was really good, best waffles I've ever had. While my husband and our 17 year old son went to the football game, I decided to venture down to the hotel bar for happy hour. McKenzie, the bartender was one of the coolest people I've ever met. She made an incredible espresso martini, and she was just absolutely wonderful to talk to!! That was the highlight of my trip (while the guys definitely would say theirs was the Broncos game lol). McKenzie is the super star of the hotel!

Parking 😬 We parked across the street in a public parking area, but even then it was still $70 for 2 days. But I guess it is like that everywhere around there. While the location was definitely centrally located pretty close to everything, the construction made it ridiculous to get around, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The night we checked in, the man at the front desk was a little rude, he made a rude comment to my husband that started our stay off on kind of a sour note after traveling 7 hours. Everyone else we encountered were very friendly. As this was our first trip to Denver we weren't familiar with the area, or the large amount of transient people in the area. But, overall we had a good stay.

The breakfast was very good. I liked that there was always coffee at the lobby. The location is also very convenient. It is near many restaurants and supermarkets. You can easily walk up to the river for a nice walk when you have the free time. It is also close to the train station that goes to the airport. The lobby has some snacks to purchase. I also liked that.

The laundry dryer does not work. I took my clothes all wet from the dryer. I also wish there were more TV channel options. If you do not have the only streaming service on the TV, you cannot really watch anything. At first, my card was overcharged, but they refunded the amount. I was still not happy about that because I needed to check my bank account a few times.

The breakfast was simple but filling and varied across the week I was there. The room was clean and spacious and the location was very nice for easy access to interesting parts of Denver

The water was hot on both sides the first night I was there (pretty annoying, but likely isolated), but my biggest complaint was the housekeeping - I requested some service to replace a shampoo dispenser that was broken and do the sheets, but they didn't service until 2pm in the afternoon while I was on a call in the room. Then about 10 minutes before checkout as I was finishing up, they arrived and knocked on the door until I opened it (even though I wasn't checked out, and had 10 minutes left). As I was leaving with my luggage, their cart was parked to obstruct my rolling bag - overall, it just felt rude and unnecessary. This is the only reason why this hotel does not get a 5-star review from me.

The location of this property is good, close to the centre of the city and accessible by public transport, including a free bus service connected to Union Station which is the terminus for the Airport Train. Room size was good and the property was generally clean and tidy.

Breakfast was poor and extremely limited. I would certainly NOT consider paying for this as an add-on. Whilst not too bad compared to other properties, sound-proofing isn't great, with both corridor and outside (traffic) noise relatively clear to hear.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located in a great area of Denver. There was a free bus nearby which took us to different parts of the city and there were plenty of dining options close to The Hampton Inn. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful whenever we had a question and offered services well beyond what I would have expected. I did not have a phone that could make local calls and needed to contact a friend in Pueblo, Colorado. I asked if there was a public phone nearby. The lady at the front desk asked for the number and then handed me the phone with my friend on the other end. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and very filling.

Staff was very friendly They upgraded my room because it was my birthday.. the continental breakfast was phenomenal. Lots of plug ins, lighting, and in room amenities. Three ceiling to floor windows. I didn’t get to go down to the pool, but I’m sure it fits right in! Everything about staying here was a relief as a solo female traveler. Also, the location has tremendous opportunity right near the heart of downtown. Travelers tip: now through December 23, 2024 head down to the christkindle holiday market at civic center park! 🎄

I thought it was great. No problems. Denver really needs help recovering from the pandemic still. Sometimes it’s as if you have the city to yourself. Take advantage of $68 a night!

Of course, it is not a luxury 5 star hotel, but the price/performance ratio surprised us. The hotel is in downtown, within walking distance to all the attractive places. The room was extremely comfortable and airy.

Huge problem in downtown is with parking everywhere, but valet parking for $60 is an awful lot for our taste. The breakfast was stereotypical for a week stay and typically American (lots of sweets, absolutely no vegetables), but it was bearable.

I really liked this hotel and it far exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the Hyatt centric down the road for 3 nights before (because work was paying for it), which is supposedly 4 star but this hotel, which is supposedly 3 star was better. Has a hot tub in the basement which is great to relax in, the biggest gym I've ever seen in a hotel with lots of machines + the beds and rooms are really comfy. Also they have free coffee and good wifi so did some work downstairs

The protein options at breakfast were limited but the waffles were fantastic

Breakfast was better than average. The location is hard to beat in downtown Denver for the price. I have stayed here several times.

Parking $ is insane, but I usually get in later in the evening so I use offstreet parking. I am always gone in the morning as I am an early riser so it tends to only cost me 1-2 hours of parking meter time. If you were to stay longer, you may want to park across the street in a paid lot. Read the offstreet signs carefully as one time I got confused and had a $75 parking ticket.
