Great location, very convenient as I was attending a conference at the convention center which was an easy walk. Central for public transportation as we did not have a car. Space was nice. Good clean room with a nice bed and shower. Desk was helpful to do computer work. Love having a kitchenette (full fridge/microwave/sink/stove/dishwasher). Also enjoyed the pool/hot tub and included breakfast every morning!

Just a couple small things that could be improved: 1) Bigger kitchen trash bin in the room! The small one filled up so quickly and we didn't necessarily want our room cleaned every day, just more room for our trash! 2) Kitchen essentials should be included (like hand soap/dish soap for the kitchen sink, plates and utensils, maybe a pot and pan). We asked the front desk for hand/dish soap (to wash our hands as well as our baby bottles) about 3x and never got it after they said they'd send some up to our room -- just kept getting more dishwasher packets. And we had to ask housekeeping staff for plates and utensils. Would be great to have all those essentials right away, and not chase them down. 3) The pool was a great perk but so cold!

Clean, comfortable beds, unit also had full-size refrigerator, mini range, stove, and microwave. Also, there is a coffee maker in Unit. Free breakfast and happy hour appetizers. Jacuzzi, and location is great, close to everything downtown that we had already planned: Denver aquarium, Union Station, Mile High Stadium, museums, etc.

Didn’t realize that parking was $32 a day, I had forgot to check on the parking, but since it’s in downtown, makes sense that it would not be free. Parking area that leads to entrance of property doesn’t allow for a lot of spaces. There is parking across the street.

The staff was really nice and helpful! They helped me with the need for hot water and printing. Some of the staff members didn't speak English but they made sure that the problems were solved. The location was great. Close to my conference venue. A bit of walking distance to shopping and dining places but not too much. The gym was great too. I was happy that there was a bike trainer there.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I had neck and back pain when I woke up. They were not very prompt at replying to messages on booking.com. I got the reply after I had left Denver - basically, almost 10 days of waiting time. There were not so many options for breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic, The location is great to access so many things and the location is very secure requiring a key card to even gain entrance to the facility unless the staff let you in. There is someone at the desk most of the time working and the parking is not outrageously priced. We were able to see our car from our room. The rooms were nice and clean and had a full size kitchenette including full sized fridge which was much larger than what we expected. This will now be the location I stay when visiting and doing event that are located downtown. You also could not select a floor without a key to that floor which offers a higher level of protection even in the hotel.

There was very little parking on site and it does not allow for you to reserve spots when booking. There was overflow parking at a lower rate that appeared to have a lot attendant so this worked still out well and parking was not an issue. Access to the property is very hard to get into if you do not know where to go, this is due to one way streets and very little signs to tell you how to get to the front of the hotel.

Affordable, full kitchen in every room, hot tub & pool plus delicious free breakfast. And on weeknights they have free snacks and drinks in the evening. You really don’t find many hotels downtown that offers all that. The two queen bed room has a pull out couch and can sleep 6 (4 adults/big kids, 2 little kids) The deposit is only $40 per night and their parking lot out front is $37/night. So you basically pay ahead for parking as your deposit. Unless you park offsite. Which is typical for downtown, in fact quite a bit lower deposit. Plus the proximity to many things to do and eat was excellent. Just 3 short blocks to 16th street mall.

A quick convenient walk to the convention center. Quality breakfast. Pool and spa open 24hr. Was an added bonus after returning from a long day of volleyball. And wait there's more, HAPPY HOUR!! I Don't drink but having some quick food was a awesome bonus. Staff was incredible from the front desk, kitchen staff to room service. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed for 9 nights. I was delighted. The breakfast was good, and it was a very clean and safe place to stay. It is located in the city center, within walking distance of everywhere. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Perhaps the price could have been a little more reasonable.

The staff was beyond wonderful. The room and facility were beautiful, and the breakfast was so wonderful. Nothing ever even got close to empty. The bathroom had dove shampoo conditioner and body wash, which was so nice not to have the cheap mixed one. Stephen checked us in and even gave us a list and recommendations for places to eat around there.

The way the hotel looked online was misleading. Makes it look like there is open space in front. However, the entrance is down an ally, and I definitely did not enjoy having to park across the street in a public parking lot.

Conveniently located downtown. Larger rooms with kitchenettes! Safe and secure after hours. Although the rooms aren’t very upgraded, they were clean and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults.

Even though it’s downtown, it is not very walkable to restaurants nearby. There is only paid lot parking across the street. There is no onsite parking. It was difficult to find the main entrance to the lobby.

Room configuration, everything seemed clean/new or very well kept. Our room was so comfortable and well equipped that it made us wish to have more time just to relax and enjoy downtown. I was pleasingly surprised by the microwave, full size fridge, sink and stove I’ve stayed in hotels $400+ and they weren’t as nice. The breakfast was amazing, very tasty and with variety either you prefer a more balanced and healthy breakfast or if enjoy a good bacon and eggs or biscuit and gravy. I was not expecting this quality of service under such low prices. We will definitely consider coming back if staying in downtown Denver. Front desk agent was well informed of ADA laws regarding service dogs, which is much appreciated.

There’s nothing I disliked about this property but it would be a great improvement to adjust the water pressure in the shower as it can be a little weak.
