The staff was really nice and helpful! They helped me with the need for hot water and printing. Some of the staff members didn't speak English but they made sure that the problems were solved. The location was great. Close to my conference venue. A bit of walking distance to shopping and dining places but not too much. The gym was great too. I was happy that there was a bike trainer there.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I had neck and back pain when I woke up. They were not very prompt at replying to messages on booking.com. I got the reply after I had left Denver - basically, almost 10 days of waiting time. There were not so many options for breakfast.

Affordable, full kitchen in every room, hot tub & pool plus delicious free breakfast. And on weeknights they have free snacks and drinks in the evening. You really don’t find many hotels downtown that offers all that. The two queen bed room has a pull out couch and can sleep 6 (4 adults/big kids, 2 little kids) The deposit is only $40 per night and their parking lot out front is $37/night. So you basically pay ahead for parking as your deposit. Unless you park offsite. Which is typical for downtown, in fact quite a bit lower deposit. Plus the proximity to many things to do and eat was excellent. Just 3 short blocks to 16th street mall.

The staff was beyond wonderful. The room and facility were beautiful, and the breakfast was so wonderful. Nothing ever even got close to empty. The bathroom had dove shampoo conditioner and body wash, which was so nice not to have the cheap mixed one. Stephen checked us in and even gave us a list and recommendations for places to eat around there.

The way the hotel looked online was misleading. Makes it look like there is open space in front. However, the entrance is down an ally, and I definitely did not enjoy having to park across the street in a public parking lot.

Room configuration, everything seemed clean/new or very well kept. Our room was so comfortable and well equipped that it made us wish to have more time just to relax and enjoy downtown. I was pleasingly surprised by the microwave, full size fridge, sink and stove I’ve stayed in hotels $400+ and they weren’t as nice. The breakfast was amazing, very tasty and with variety either you prefer a more balanced and healthy breakfast or if enjoy a good bacon and eggs or biscuit and gravy. I was not expecting this quality of service under such low prices. We will definitely consider coming back if staying in downtown Denver. Front desk agent was well informed of ADA laws regarding service dogs, which is much appreciated.

There’s nothing I disliked about this property but it would be a great improvement to adjust the water pressure in the shower as it can be a little weak.

My friends and I loved this hotel! Stayed from Mon-Fri. Great location to walk around downtown; we got a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch so we all three had a place to sleep. Mon-Wed they offer complimentary happy hour with beer, wine and appetizers which we loved. Complimentary breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again if we travel back to Denver!

There was nothing we didn’t like

Beautiful hotel, the room was very spacious, clean and was like an apartment, it had a living room area, kitchen a NICE bathroom and the bedroom was in a different room which was good size, had a nice TV and the bed was super comfy. Nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator with ice maker. We had a nice view too. Definitely a wonderful place.

Parking is awful, they advertise private parking and a fee of $35 but those spaces are right in front of it and only has maybe 10 spots available and the rest of parking is clear across the street and a little walk to hotel so Parking is not good at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered stunning views. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect, close to all major attractions.

Breakfast was very good. Pool, hot tub, and fitness room were above average. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location felt a bit removed from the nicer parts of downtown (if there even is such a thing). The walk from Union Station was very long since we were hauling suitcases. While there is nothing that the hotel can do about it, travelers should know that homeless people (often clearly under the influence of drugs) are everywhere downtown and sometimes aggressive. The hotel was safe, but right outside our window we saw drugged out homeless people shuffling about, bent over, or laying prone on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, Denver has become "a homeless city with a tourist problem."

The mattress seemed new and was comfortable, as were the pillows. The layout was not typical, but it was efficient use of the small space. Check out was smooth and there were no billing issues. The room was quiet.

There was a minor cleaning issue on the kitchenette countertop. The entrance was facing the parking lot and I didn't notice it on foot, circling the building entirely. I wasn't driving, but I could see that parking was very limited.

Room was a bit small, but clean. Heating was good. Breakfast food was standard fare, but got sick of it quick.

I was excited to use the gym and pool. But the gym was too small, and not enough weightlifting machines. And the swimming pool and hot tub were too dirty. Nobody had cleaned it in a while. I didn't think it was safe to swim in.
