The free breakfast was good, including when you compare it to similar experiences at other hotels like this--good variety of food, fresh food, clean space to eat in. The staff looked overwhelmed keeping up with putting out clean plates and utensils, etc., but no big deal. Maybe they are understaffed or maybe the hotel was more full than normal. Hotel is clean and quiet and felt either fairly new or newly remodeled. Nice spacious lobby. Kind staff. Room was comfortable and clean. For some reason there was an annoying noise that appeared to come from the pipes whenever anyone in the general vicinity was using the water in their room. Maybe it was a water pressure thing. This was loud enough, including during the dark of night, that it made it hard for one in our group to sleep who was nearest the bathroom. Again, we had no control over this noise--it was coming from surrounding rooms, evidently related to the use of water. The valet parking here is not cheap--65 or 75 bucks a day. We opted to park instead at a nearby private lot, which seemed fine and was way way cheaper, though with a lot of these private companies with unmonitored lots you never know when you are going to get a notice in the mail in which they accuse you falsely of not paying. Downtown Denver is pretty busy as far as car traffic, so I would say it was fairly annoying to use this downtown hotel as our launching place for our trip. If I could do it again I would have stayed out farther in the suburbs, which would have prob saved some hotel money and saved on parking too, plus hassle. All told though, this hotel is a good value and a nice place and I would not be hesitant to go back.

The location was great for a concert we attended at Empower Field, walkable! Beds were comfy with good shower and regular housekeeping. The gym was good, didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was good, with many options and was generally well stocked. It was clearly a busy weekend so we learned quickly that we had to get there early to get a table and food! I used the laundry facilities and there was an error with the washing machine. A call from the phone in the room and maintenance came to mop up the water, refund my money and I was able to use another machine. They admitted these needed an upgrade!

Strange problems with the elevators meant we had to wait quite a long time sometimes. Another guest had been staying 3 weeks and said the problem was in going.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the staff in the bar/breakfast area! The regular beds were comfortable. Most downtown museums, restaurants, and activities were in walking distance or a very short Uber ride away making it easy to see the city.

I loved that the room came with an extra bed option but... the sofa bed was very uncomfortable! Like the worst stereotypical 80's sofa bed you can imagine - mattress was 2 inches thick and soft so you could feel every bar and spring on the frame below. Our 11 year old couldn't even sleep on it for 2 nights - he wound up folding the bed back in and just sleeping on the couch itself. Better fold out beds exist - time for Hyatt to invest in upgraded options or switch to rollaway beds!

Great time with the grandchildren, they loved the room, the breakfast was very nice.we sat at the bar for breakfast and had the best conversation with JIMMY he was bartending and while it was slow he displayed such a friendly attitude and as we talked he had a great laugh and smile. He is very humble and served other customers with kindness. Great job JIMMY. Leti at the front desk went above and beyond her call of duty and helped my grandson find his shoes, great job Leti!!

It was misleading with the parking. The sign said $25.00 and we stayed two nights and were charged $64.00 per night. That’s sad

Breakfast was amazing and everything was was very clean.

A couple of the receptionist was very snobbish, and look down on people. There was a lot of different people there for a lot of different reasons. We came for a concert and drove 11 hours to get there. There was a lot of people that came for graduation and the Thunder nugget game. We all had already paid for the rooms and if we can afford the room, then they should not be looking down on us when they work at the hotel. A lot of people looked a little rough from traveling.

Location was great and very walkable to lots of things. Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Views were amazing from our corner room.

Breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit, only canned peaches, no waffles or pancakes, and yogurt was warm. There was no mirror in the room or bathroom where a woman could do her makeup. The bathroom mirror is to far because the counter is so deep and the toilet. The room mirror did not have good lighting for makeup. A wall mounted accordion style mirror would be nice.

The reception was nice, gave me a lot of advises were to go for dinner etc. The room size was huge, the biggest room were I have ever been. Gym is ok, pool was almost empty when I went there (which is nice).

The breakfast wasn't tasty. At the 6:30am there was a lot of people and the organization happened in 2 lines. At the each side there was a different food, which is not nice. The food quality was ok... but the scrambled eggs were like nothing and the ham tasted like plastic. There is no choice of vegetables, cheeses. If You are a vegetarian and vegan - this breakfast is not for You. The coffee was ok, but the overall quality was really low (in my perspective). The restaurant - I took tacos and they tasted really bad, burned. The restaurant, together with a cocktail was expensive if I look on the quality of the food. In the rooms there is no water bottles, but You can go to reception and ask them (they give them by free).

Location was convenient to attend a conference at the convention center. Lots of lobby space for working if you don’t want to work in your room. Breakfast was excellent and service prompt. Coffee was ready early every morning. Not a far walk from the free mall ride shuttle which actually covers a large area down town including union station where you can ride to the airport for $10.

The room was very spacious and sparkly clean whcih was great. Bed was comfy and my room had a nice view. The check-in staff member proactively switched me to a room that doesn't have a connecting door with another room when I requested a quiet room. Breakfast was very good too.

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the room. It's way too dark, especially around the desk area when I had to work on my laptop. The desk lamp they provided is very bright but concentrated in a small area which doesn't help .

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly.

The pool was not operational for the first two days of our stay, and the front desk staff struggled to make suggestions of things to do in the area. I understand new staff, but they should have access to tools to help guests decide on activities or restaurants. The bathroom needs a fan, and the bathroom door was awful. It was noisy and woke up those in the room at night when someone needed to use the bathroom.
