I absolutely love the indoor courtyard with the lush vegetation and koi river. It’s beautiful. The pool and weight room are very nice too.

The rooms are dated. The carpet and drapes were in bad condition and the wall paper is coming off the walls in room 229. I think breakfast should be included in the price of the room and not an add on.

I messaged the property multiple times through the website and there was never a response. Remove it from the website if you don't have it managed. I also didn't know how to catch the shuttle, either answer the online messaging or post directions on your website. I had to call the property once I was standing on the curb and seemed to "wake up" the fact that an airport shuttle was offered. It was middle of the afternoon and I waited 30 minutes for pickup, so it seems it should have been better managed.

The property was just outstanding! Clean, unique, gorgeous. The restaurant was amazing. Room service for breakfast was fantastic! The beds were clean, comfy, and we had an amazing amount of pillows! The staff were great and helpful! Will be staying here as often as we can! Oh, and the soaking tub was just what I needed after the crazy day that I had. The amenities are just awesome. Even the little touches of elegance; it just was the icing on the cake.

gorgeous building with a very pretty interior; my partner and i adored the "building-inside-of-a-building" vibe. it was also great that it was completely soundproof, furthermore the sound of the indoor fountain was very calming at night. there was parking available outside the hotel by the entrance as well. very kind and patient staff!!

we got a room overlooking the main "square"/entrance of the hotel. we unfortunately couldn't keep our curtains open whenever we stayed in the room as the entire hotel would be able to see us otherwise, so we had to stay with the blackout curtains closed the entire stay. room service was expensive so we didn't order any drinks or meals. i was charged $200 more than the price given in booking.com. also no freebies other than toiletries :(

Although the location is considered pretty busy, the hotel and atmosphere was so relaxing and quiet. It was honestly a little bit of a retreat for us.

The morning and afternoon staff were absolutely amazing. So attentive to guest needs and accommodating in every way. The overnight front desk staff, however, were very rude, condescending and unkind. I would strongly advise the leadership staff to reconsider keeping them. They were just terrible each night we were there, and I am CERTAIN we are not the only guests that felt that way.

Lovely hotel close to the airport and rental car facilities! Breakfast was very good! Very convenient for us as we had to drop off our rental car and proceed to the airport! Dinner service was quite slow and they could look into improving it.

We loved the place! Maybe a bit away for those who want to visit downtown Denver!! The lighting was a little too dim!

It felt like I was walking through some Caribbean resort with the palm trees and decor. Very nice hotel. Large spacious clean rooms. A bathroom with a huge tub, separate shower and two sinks, I wish I had this bathroom in my home. They have an amazing breakfast buffet with omelet and pancake options made on the spot for $19. You can also order breakfast to your room. The bar/restaurant was also good with a bartender making fancy cocktails with gusto, sorta like Tom Cruise in “Cocktail”. Great place to stay if you’re flying in or out of DIA.

Big rooms and very good beds. The bar and breakfast area was cosy. Loved the omelette station.

We asked for airport shuttle in advance but never got answer or was advised how to find it or how to proceed. Therefore we had to call and wait for it for over an hour. There was no toppings etc ham or cheese collections for the bred in breakfast, only jam, butter and syrop.

Hotel suites were amazing and relaxing. Food was delicious and eating inside atrium was vegas level magic. It made the snow and cold momentarily disappear.

The staff energy/morale level was low. It wasn't bad. They did their job, but with a pained approach. No one looked happy to be there, not one smile from the front desk to buffet staff. The only positive interaction I received was from the shuttle driver, for the 3 days I was there. Maybe it was an off weekend but the level of service didn't match the beautiful hotel.

I've stayed here at least 5 times. And this hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are incredible and you feel like you're sleeping on a king size pillow. The rooms are very clean and have a great view out of your window. Most of all my favorite is their spa like a bathtub. So relaxing and enjoyable. We just needed a night to get away and relax. And it was perfect . I would definitely recommend staying here. And their prices are very reasonable.
