The rooms are very spacious and access to the elevators is secured by key card. Any member of staff I saw was friendly and helpful. The common areas are stunning and I liked seeing people gathered at the many sitting areas and tables, or watching tv. The dresser drawers are deep and provide a lot of storage space. Coffee pods are provided for the in-room coffeemaker and refilled regularly, which I appreciated.

The tv package provided at Marriott locations is very limited. The bathroom lighting could be brighter and the shower drain might need to be cleaned, to remove the smell of shower product buildup.

I love the plants and water features.. so soothing at breakfast to hear the water and watch the koi.. the plants are so amazing! I loved our tub.. please don't change that!! The rooms are timeless and spacious.. so comfortable. Sure.. there could be some updating 🤔 of furniture.. painting and esthetics. Buy for the most part so comfortable, secure, and quiet!

Maybe update furniture ans linen in the breakfast area and rooms. Keep the beds (so comfortable) and keep it mountain/ alpine themed to keep it warm and cozy yet classic and timeless!

Lovely spacious room, comfy bed. Convenient restaurant for evening meal. Nice pool. Pleasant and peaceful public area with water and plants.

Arrival at airport, not clear how to get hotel shuttle bus as I couldn’t find the courtesy phones and my phone wasn’t activated for USA calls. Staff at front desk didn’t know either when I asked on arrival at hotel ( an airport staff member helped me make the call). In advance, emails went unanswered

Very comfortable with a touch of old glamour, but very well kept up. Very comfortable room, delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Very friendly welcoming staff. Efficient shuttle service to/from the airport. The first night we ate at the Bar&Grill in the lobby and had the most delicious food ever. Enjoyed it so much we went back the next night and ordered the same meal all over again!!

I absolutely love the indoor courtyard with the lush vegetation and koi river. It’s beautiful. The pool and weight room are very nice too.

The rooms are dated. The carpet and drapes were in bad condition and the wall paper is coming off the walls in room 229. I think breakfast should be included in the price of the room and not an add on.

I messaged the property multiple times through the website and there was never a response. Remove it from the website if you don't have it managed. I also didn't know how to catch the shuttle, either answer the online messaging or post directions on your website. I had to call the property once I was standing on the curb and seemed to "wake up" the fact that an airport shuttle was offered. It was middle of the afternoon and I waited 30 minutes for pickup, so it seems it should have been better managed.

The property was just outstanding! Clean, unique, gorgeous. The restaurant was amazing. Room service for breakfast was fantastic! The beds were clean, comfy, and we had an amazing amount of pillows! The staff were great and helpful! Will be staying here as often as we can! Oh, and the soaking tub was just what I needed after the crazy day that I had. The amenities are just awesome. Even the little touches of elegance; it just was the icing on the cake.

Although the location is considered pretty busy, the hotel and atmosphere was so relaxing and quiet. It was honestly a little bit of a retreat for us.

The morning and afternoon staff were absolutely amazing. So attentive to guest needs and accommodating in every way. The overnight front desk staff, however, were very rude, condescending and unkind. I would strongly advise the leadership staff to reconsider keeping them. They were just terrible each night we were there, and I am CERTAIN we are not the only guests that felt that way.

gorgeous building with a very pretty interior; my partner and i adored the "building-inside-of-a-building" vibe. it was also great that it was completely soundproof, furthermore the sound of the indoor fountain was very calming at night. there was parking available outside the hotel by the entrance as well. very kind and patient staff!!

we got a room overlooking the main "square"/entrance of the hotel. we unfortunately couldn't keep our curtains open whenever we stayed in the room as the entire hotel would be able to see us otherwise, so we had to stay with the blackout curtains closed the entire stay. room service was expensive so we didn't order any drinks or meals. i was charged $200 more than the price given in booking.com. also no freebies other than toiletries :(

Lovely hotel close to the airport and rental car facilities! Breakfast was very good! Very convenient for us as we had to drop off our rental car and proceed to the airport! Dinner service was quite slow and they could look into improving it.

We loved the place! Maybe a bit away for those who want to visit downtown Denver!! The lighting was a little too dim!
