Hilton has always been a great place to stay. The young lady checking me in went above in customer service.

This Hilton is in need of a deep cleaning and people who care.. Paper all over the floor, and staff just walks by and leaves it The entrance needs cleaning,ground work, and stone work. Glass cleaning. The room was great. There was a party that kept many quests up past 11pm. Cars with very loud music raddling the windows. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done.

The quality of the bed, firmness, linens, etc. were very much to our liking. Our suite was huge, and had two very large TVs, comfortable sofa and chairs, spotless bathroom with enormous backlighted mirror. Great Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, coffee and tea, as well as bottled water and fridge with glass door. All the above made it a very, very delightful and relaxing stay. Doubletree's signature chocolate-chip cookies were very much appreciated, too.

Just a couple of minor things about the combination tub/shower. First, the water pressure was very low. Second, the tub was quite slippery, which is something that elderly people are concerned about. Lots of hotels offer a rubberized bath mat that you can place in the tub, or have some sort of non-slip surface. On the plus side, the tub did have a safety handle to hang on to.

Staff here was amazing! We had a problem with the air conditioner and maintenance was there quick and when he could not resolve that quickly he arranged to get us moved. Front desk staff were great both when we checked in and out. The shuttle bus driver who was also the manager was delightful and so helpful. Shuttle ran on time and very comfortable. Everything was splendid, including the cookies we got at check in.

Only issue was the air conditioner and the staff was amazing working through that challenge and the new room we were moved to was perfect.

Everything! Coming in from Europe, I was acutely aware of the differences in your hotel room compared to the “5 star” hotels I stayed at in Italy. God bless America! 😊

Absolutely nothing. Your hotel is fabulous and if ever the need arrives I will definitely stay with you again. I had a late night/early morning arrival from Naples, Italy. I had been traveling non-stop for over 20 hours with no sleep. Your shuttle picked me up at the airport at 12:45 a.m. i was beyond tired, and my anxiety level was through the roof. Your shuttle driver was like my night in shining armor, & the check-in process was quick & painless. Back to the airport to catch a plane home to AZ the next morning. Again, the shuttle ride was perfect. Your staff are all the bomb!

Nice, big, clean room with great access to airport. Restaurant/bar was tasty. Shuttle driver Jim was outstanding -- giving me a little education about the Denver airport, even pointing out a piece of history in front of the airport fire station.

I didn't like that the hotel still used old-fashioned, individually wrapped soap bars and miniature plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner. That's so outdated and environmentally hostile. Every other hotel I stayed at in Colorado had pump bottles of soap and shampoo that can be refilled.

It was a very nice stay. The lobby was clean. The staff was kind. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my fresh cookie! There was even a convention going on when I went downstairs to get breakfast from the restaurant. It was comic books and all kinds of stuff, and my boyfriend and I wound up checking it out before we left the hotel.

I kind of wish some kind of breakfast was included. I get the feeling that it’s not because the hotel is attached to a restaurant, and that’s I guess how the restaurant makes money. Most of the hotels in the area though do offer free breakfast.

The staff in the hotel was great..nice to have food and drink available late

The shuttle service...the first driver clearly hated her job ..was rude and did not help with bags or elderly passengers and still expected a tip. Also the communication about which side of the airport ...east or west ? to catch the correct shuttle was confusing and vague ...basically not informed until a different shuttle driver told multiple passengers we had to travel to the opposite side of the airport. After a long international flight with luggage it was not pleasant.

The hotel room was very comfortable, the location, near the airport was great. We did not use the facilities given how short our stay was. We had a small issue ( blackout blind would not move) which was promptly fixed by hotel staff - their responsiveness was impressive. On the whole, a good choice that met our needs.

Mrs. Renee and the GM was the best part of our trip!!! They made my son birthday trip absolutely amazing!!! Hotel was clean, convenient, and you were always offered a good hot fresh cookie. Loved it!!! If you are in Denver this is where you want to stay

Clean close to the airport very nice place

We were down at the tower Grill watching the baseball playoff games and when we went back up to the room to finish watching it after eating station was not on and it was a regular Fox Sports station. I was disappointed in not getting the game in my room.
