I arrived on flight delayed by weather. I was happy to find any room, let alone a very nice one at a decent price. I arrived with only the clothes on my back and no toiletries, so I was happy to find the nice selection of shampoo, shower gels and lotions. I had no where to go it was nice to find good WIFI and a good selection on TV. The staff was very friendly at check in, breakfast, check out and the shuttle. Breakfast was better than expected with lots of hot choices and morning drinks.

Not much to complain about but the shuttle did arrive at the airport about 15 minutes later than quoted. I expect delays especially when the weather is an issue. It was a bid deal however as I had no coat and my luggage was held captive by then airlines.

What I liked was that the room had dove soap! I was shocked to see it! It wasn't just the little bar but pumps worth in the shower; for your hair and body! The quality and quanity of the soap showed me the care and thoughtfulness to the guest! It's all about the little things that can make or break any situation!

What I didn't like was that when I called to ask the hotel how much for the deposit; they said $50. When I came to check in the sign said $50 PER NIGHT! I didn't appericate the miscommunication.

Close to the airport. The standard king room was sufficiently large enough for us to spread out our suitcases and enjoy a little extra elbow room despite the fact that it says it’s only 129 ft.² on Booking.com. We almost did not stay there because of that stated room size, but we were quite surprised that it is larger than that. The breakfast room was also large and the breakfast was a full hot and cold offering. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and heated and the room was also very warm which would’ve made it enjoyable. The area felt safe and the parking lot was well-maintained also. We will choose this hotel when we fly in and out of Denver in the future.

Nothing

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The quality of foods and multitude of options were a great surprise at such a fair price. The pool was clean and the perfect size. I was thoroughly impressed with the small details; including makeup remover wipes in the room, quality shampoo/soap/lotion, and plenty of pillows. The staff was incredibly kind, and the airport shuttle was on-time and clean.

There were a few parts of the room that were a bit outdated or dirty, but the room was very clearly cleaned and given the attention it deserved before my stay.

Normally would be hesitant to comment on an Airport Hotel as they tend ( on my travellers budget anyway ha) to all be somewhat similar but I have to say the one thing that isn’t always the same is the shuttle service and I found the one at Baymont was particularly concise and efficient- barring weather conditions and other unforeseen incidents, felt you could set your watch to it! It’s what you want after long flights. Beds were also very comfortable, staff friendly and just found it provided great value.

This is one of many Denver airport options. It's a short free shuttle to and from the airport. So very convenient. Breakfast is included which is handy. Simple cooked options plus waffles and continental. Friendly and helpful staff. Felt like personal service which is special in an overnight stop. which made it standout for me. I'd definitely use it again..

Bed a little too firm for me and it's a walk to find restaurants. Not a long walk but not pleasant as it's a massive hotel complex.

The desk staff was exceptional and professional in assisting with my check out and arranging the shuttle to DIA. When asked if I needed the shuttle, I responded that I needed Uber to drop me off at baggage checkin on a level different from the one used for hotel shuttles. He immediately reassured me of a curb service baggage check in on the shuttle level. Plus I recently had surgery and was using a walker. The desk staff moved my bag from my room and alerted the shuttle driver about my need for curb side baggage checkin. The driver and desk staff were five star gold and invested in customer satisfaction.

During checkin the evening before, the desk staff seemed inexperienced in handing any situation out of the basic service. I was somewhat reluctant to stay but was too weary to change to another hotel. When there was no cart available at the entry, the response was that it was in someone’s room. When asked if I could leave my bag in the lobby until the cart was returned, the response was we cannot be responsible. I finally was able to ask a client to help and he graciously carried my bag to my room. The next morning, the cart was not in the entry, so the desk staff graciously agreed to retrieve my bag from my room and transfer to the lobby for the shuttle. I was using a walker with both hands and with difficulty.

Convenient to airport with shuttle.available.at all hours. Room was fine for the price and location.

Clean rooms

The first staff member a guy was very friendly. The lady manager was a little to rude fir my liking. The guy didn't charge the room since he thought it was paid thru 3rd party I thought booking.com had charged the room honest mistake. But lady called said your card was declined, it didn't send me a notification. So went to the front and lady was really dry and rude. Used the same card didn't even tell me if it went thru I had to ask her. She saids yes .... then I had to ask her is that all or you need something else. She was like that all .. I was like damn wtf ...

Rooms were clean & very comfortable. Hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle. Even being close to the airport hotel was still pretty quiet

Check in/check out staff were not the friendliest. My flight out of Denver on my 1st leg got moved up by an hour and the shuttle that is supposed to run every 30 couldn't take me when I needed to go because I "signed up for a later time". I had 15 minute till the next departure but they said NO ONE was available for over an hour so I had to pay for Uber. Extremely frustrating since I specifically booked a hotel WITH 24 hr shuttle service.
