Trayveon at the front desk was very friendly and personable- making a great first impression for the company. The property was very clean and well maintained despite being very full from my observations. It is a great location - close to the airport, with plenty of dining options and gas stations nearby.

The breakfast was not as good as most of the chain hotels I’ve visited. It may have been due to short staffing, but there were empty pans long before the breakfast hours ended, with some people leaving after seeing no eggs. Some stood around and waited, but I dont know if they got fresh food or not.

This area is a nice general stay close to the airport. We were able To drive to Garden of the Gods and Rocky Mountain National park (both about 1.5 hours from Denver) It is also located with an empty field with sidewalks in front of the hotel, so I was able to run every morning. Smoke shop, restaurants, and convenient stores all within walking distance

The general gassy smell of that area kind of sucks. Not sure I noticed it all day, but definitely in the morning when you walked or ran outside.

This hotel is EXACTLY what you need it to be - a clean, safe, comfortable overnight stay while you are waiting for your next flight out of Denver. Within a 10-minute drive to the airport, this hotel is new, features a very comfortable bed, has a modest (though could be larger) gym, and offers the typical budget hotel breakfast. It was the cheapest of all similar hotels in the neighborhood and there is ZERO reason to go anywhere else. Good job!

Not much. It is a clean, comfortable overnight. When you are transiting or waiting for a flight out the next day, it is an ideal option.

My overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. I arrived at the hotel past midnight, and the reception staff, including a manager, greeted me with warm hospitality. They checked me in quickly, provided clear instructions on accessing the elevators and my room, informed me about breakfast hours for the following day, and inquired about my shuttle arrangements for the next day and arranged them for me. The following day, the shuttle driver was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and even offered to drop off other hotel guests at nearby locations between his shuttle runs to the airport. On board, he informed us on the fastest TSA terminals, took us there, and explained the process of catching a train to our gates after passing through security. He also assisted with our luggage, making the journey effortless and enjoyable. It truly made the experience stress-free and gratifying. I would highly recommend Wingate by Wyndham Denver Airport.

Breakfast included was adequate and provided a few options. Yogurt was available but a bit 'industrial'. They had some apples and oranges for fruit. Cereal and oatmeal was an option. I really liked the two queen beds. Decent lobby. Shuttle broke down and they offered to reimburse for an Uber which they did right promptly. Pho 902 across the street had phenomenally fast service and good Vietnamese food.

Gym was a bit basic. They did not explain how to control the temperature in the room but we found the temperature ok.

I stayed in Rm 201. Issues I dealt with : 1. Loud knocking noise in wall starting around 4am. I believe it to be an unsecured hot water pipe in the structure. 2. A/C unit was on and blowing cold but the display did not show temp. I unplugged the unit. 3. Click in room was set 30 minutes slow. It would be nice if maids could confirm accurate time on clock.

Your administrative structure. Booking. Com had sent a cancelation notice but could not be received by manager to free up itenerary to book another room. Took about 3 hours. Very frustrating. This goes into other areas beyond your questionnaire focus.

Breakfast was what I expected.

Had a rental car and was not aware that the hotel charged a nightly fee to park. After a 5 hour drive I didn’t need that aggravation. Had to go through all the steps to set up payment at the property for a 3rd party parking company. There were over 75 spots in the lot and maybe 20 were used. Just another way to screw the customer. Also I did a preliminary online pre-checkin and when I got to the hotel it was as if they didn’t have the info.

From the time Peter the shuttle driver picked me up at the airport until I left the next afternoon I felt well taken care of. Front desk and behind the scenes staff were super friendly, efficient and made you feel welcome. My king accessible room was clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast had hot and cold options and was still well stocked the last 1/2 hour of breakfast! Many restaurants and a great brewery were within a 2-3 minute walk away. All in this stay made my day, Thank you all. See you next time.

They offer a park and fly service so you can leave your car there while flying out of Denver International. It is a little more than parking at the remote lots at the airport, but more convenient. Room was really nice and clean. Staff is helpful and freindly.

Bathroom had a barn door which I think is silly in a hotel, where the noise of the bathroom should be minimized.

Reliable and timely shuttle service to and from DIA, every half hour, and both sides of the airport.. Great, new facility, prompt reception service, efficient. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Big comfortable bed. And the bathroom- excellent. Great shower. Top notch, great value.

Liked every aspect. I was a bit lost coming from the vastness of DIA and called the number, and at 3 rings an attendant picked up and told me where to go. Five minutes later I was on the shuttle.
