Staff was friendly. Check-in process was quick. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and had extra towels (which never happens anywhere else). There is a restaurant in a neighboring hotel that you can walk to if you don't want to fight the traffic. Shuttle to the airport was quick and painless. We would definitely stay here again.

There is not a lot of room to complain. It was kind of pricey, but that is the cost of wanting to stay close to the airport. Our shuttle driver was super nice, but very hard to understand.

The room was large and very clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was comfortable too! Breakfast was good and well -stocked. Hotel was close to airport and rental cars and suited my needs well.

There was only one ice machine and it was on the first floor, so kind of a pain to go down to the lobby in the evening. Overnight parking for guests was not free ($12 per night). No vending machines at all. Instead, there was a tiny "market" near the front desk where everything was VERY expensive.

We booked last minute for a convention at Gaylord which is very close. THe rooms were comfortable an clean and smelled nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

Paying for parking. This is a bidget hotel. Paying for parking in not busy (off airport and not in the city) is absurd. It wasnt alot but I have never paid for parking at a budget hotel anywhere. I assume many people dont drive as it is an airport hotel but we are local and stayed just to be close to our convention.

Location, the views over Barcelona are really good an my room had a nice balcony. The stuff was really nice. The amenities I would have loved a complementary bottle of water for ex. They hve a nice rooftop and restaurant and the room service was good too.

Maybe the fact that when the keys do not work you have to go several storeys down and up again and down. My key failed 4 times so something to communicate to the Reception at the corridors would be helpful and less stresful.

It is a nice, quiet hotel located near the airport. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We left our car in their parking lot for a week (small fee) while traveling, and then stayed at the hotel on our trip's last leg. I would recommend this hotel.

A hot tub would have been nice but most places we stayed did not have one. So, it should not be deal breaker for anyone.

Connor, the night manager on 16 NOV was superb. We had an issue with my mother’s reservation (she’s 86). Connor was supremely kind to her and worked to fix the problem. A great example of terrific management…calmly finding a way to solve a problem. Many, many thanks!

I was in room 113, which is right next to the kitchen. The bed in room 113 is against the wall shared by the kitchen, meaning no sleep possible because you’re listening to kitchen appliance motors all night. Then the clatter of workers at 0400 who are preparing breakfast. So, great hotel, terrific staff, but room 113 is TERRIBLE!

As a senior citizen I sometimes have difficulty with dates and times. Unfortunately I made a mistake with the checkin date but quickly changed it to the night before. I wrote booking.com and the hotel immediately and spoke with reception when we arrived. Obviously I stayed only one night so I continued to plead my case on line and booking.com told me there would be a charge but the full amount could be waived if the hotel agreed. I have yet to see a refund and ended up paying for two nights but only staying one. It upsets me that there is no personal considerations for this mistake.

Great customer service at the desk very friendly. The bed was very cozy the room and restroom was very clean even had the Dove pumps for Body wash shampoo conditioner hand soap and lotion. Breakfast was great the best I've had eggs sausage omelette cinnamon rolls great yogurt and fruit.

Great Stay. The room was 63 degrees when I entered. We did get snow all day. It took a little bit to warm up but when it did the stay was very comfortable.

This property is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No coffee pots in the room! I understand the sustainability idea and really I am always trying to be more sustainable but having to go down in my pajamas and frownies in the morning for coffee is not fun.

I came her last year and i came back this year its a very welcoming hotel the Receptionists and helpful they try there best to Meet your needs and the have lots of parking space

The only thing i feel that can make it even better is keeping the Breakfast time to 10 am instead of 9 am
