All the kitchen supplies were there for cooking. King size bed was nice. Shower was nice and big.

The lock did not work to get in so I called the phone number and no one answered NOT GOOD! Finally tracked down someone who had to give us a key fob to get in. There was a exhaust fan that was not the bathroom fan that ran a lot of the time. It would of been nice to shut it off.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, neutrally decorated, bright and open. Kitchen has all modern facilities. All worked very well

We were not able to f!nd the parking garage, which we had prepaid, but I discussed this with the staff the next day and they gave us a refund. We got to the property late in the evening so there was no personnel to greet us and help direct us, which is always much nicer to have!

Great apartment with nearly everything you could ever need in a good area. The spa was fantastic and the whole complex was terrific

The curtains. Oh boy, The curtains. Not only did it offer VERY LITTLE coverage from the sun as it was permanently getting sun, so good luck if you are aiming for a sleep in or have jet lag. If you happened to be on the lowest floor, People can always see into your apartment. I dont want to describe what i saw after leaving Sonder at night when the curtains dont offer ANY privacy and seeing a couple in the room as i walked by outside the apartments. But you can guess.

The value for money I got for staying a little further from the CBD was exceptional. Sure, I had to spend between $20 to $25 per day on Uber's, but it was still substantially cheaper than paying $2600 to stay at the Hyatt Regency at the Convention Center. This is where my brother stayed and my Sonder apartment was cavernous compared to his hotel room, for over $1000 less for the same 4 nights. You could always use one of the electric scooters if that's your thing. My room was very spacious and had a full size fridge in the full featured kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the AC was very effective. The shower size is huge and it has a proper closing door with a "step over" entrance to eliminate water going all over the floor. I've had to deal with this in many hotels I've stayed in. Bloody annoying. The location is ideal for peace and quiet. I'll be back in Denver at the same time next year and I'll be staying here again for sure.

My only gripe was the very low water pressure in the shower. If I was a woman (or man) with long luxurious hair, it would be a nightmare to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out. First world problem :-)

Everything, we've been visiting Colorado for 6 years,Yearly, because my daughter lives there. This was one of our best places to stay! My teenager daughters absolutely loved it, and so did I. We also loved the top quality of the furnishings, the bedding, kitchen appliances, everything was top-notch, thank you. Definitely will stay at Sonder property again whether it be a different city. I will check the app first.

The migrants down the road But I paid for parking garage and I felt very safe in your building. And a couple times the code didn't work for the lobby door. But your app is amazing and always got quick Responses from chat, so very happy.

Sonder is a great choice. I enjoyed staying there overall. Great apartment and amenities in the room. Just a very good accommodation. Relatively close to Downtown, but away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Food shopping and restaurant options nearby-5 min walk. Very close to highway.

The rug in the room had A LOT of fur-someone did not vacuum around the table. but the rest was clean. The lock on the door was lose needs maintenance, why wouldn't the made report? Sonder insists on purchasing parking--for this price should be included. With some minimal effort street parking can be arranged--but read the signs.

Arrival was easy and Kendra was friendly, professional and helpful on our arrival. She recommended some sights, eateries and helped with a last minute car parking and advice for us 10outof10 The room was spacious, comfy and well located. The gym, social lounge, spa and pool and the courtyard were excellent and family friendly. Loved it!

The kitchen sink was missing a plug and the fire alarm kept getting set off by the toaster. We were able to work around these and feel sure staff would have helped but she decided these were insignificant things

The unit was clean and comfortable with all the necessary supplies for our stay. We also thought the cost per night was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. Check-in and check-out via the Sonder app was seamless as well. For our use as a home base to get out and explore other neighborhoods in Denver and surrounding areas it was great, but the immediate neighborhood had pretty basic options for restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

The building is an active construction site, with works starting before 7 a few days during our stay so it was pretty noisy at times. The kitchen was adequately stocked but no more. It worked fine for cooking very basic meals but could use some additional kitchen supplies such as a mixing bowl or large bowl to toss a salad, a strainer of some sort for pasta, etc.

We loved the condo overall. It was brand new, which was great. The kitchen was well outfitted. I loved the laundry unit and ironing board and iron. There are a few coffee shops nearby which were wonderful. The parking garage was well lighted and felt very safe. The linens were soft and comfortable. The bathroom is amazing! The self restock was great. The staff we met here and there in the elevator and in the halls were very friendly. The help we got on the phone was quick and problem solving. On the website, you can find what Sonder is doing to fight against Human trafficking. So great!

The garbage can in the kitchen was bulky and difficult. The plugs by the bed are on the wrong wall, so turning the light on and off was very difficult. The Frigidaire door ice/water is a bit of a disaster. it spit ice and water all over the floor every time we used it. Our entrance code never worked. We were quickly able to get a new one, but that was a bit overwhelming as we first arrived.

I liked the set up and the ameneties such as kitchenette and laundry. The site was clean and family friendly. Extra necessities were available as needed.

Since there was no concierge, I found it challenging to communicate with staff. I needed to reach out regarding pack n plays. Despite confirming with the app ahead of time, I didn’t have everything I needed at check in. It was remedied before bedtime but an added complication. I also found information on the app to be limited. For example I didn’t see the laundry access listed and when I reached out to check I was told there was no laundry. However when I arrived I was happy to see the washer and dryer there. It seems that more thorough information on the app or website would make the remote staff aspect work better. We would stay again.
