Easy check in and great location

Expensive parking through hotel - compared with half the price 100 metres down the road in a parking garage

Fantastic apartment (stunning and very well kitted out) in the heart of downtown, a short walk to everything, with a whole food, coffee shop, take away and restaurants on the same block it was exactly what we were looking for. Facilities were incredible.

It was a very minor point, but i held off booking car parking as i thought I needed the car licence plate from the car rental, this meant that i booked it after hours, so no staff on site to give me a parking pass. I had to call customer service, it took about 30 minutes to resolve, and in the end you didn’t need to enter your reg as it was a tag you placed in your car that opened the door. It was slightly frustrating (slightly self inflicted) but staff on call were fantastic at resolving

value for space was important to me. the space and amenities were wonderful. kitchen was well-stocked with all needed equipment. beds were very comfortable. very clean

1. the email sent with check-in instructions, stated the wrong apt number. after many minutes attempting to enter, then on hold 5 minutes for customer service rep, i was in formed that the email provide an incorrect apt number. frustrating as it was 7 pm and we'd had a long day. 2. parking: a) no information regarding location. had to ask rep. b) email arrived at 10:30 am with instructions for checkout and what to do with "parking pass". we had left at 8 am, so instructions were too late.

We had a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. It was great to have all of the room with our family if 4. It's a great location to experience downtown Denver as well as a good base for adventures in the mountains. This location is also close to Empower Field and Coors Field, Union Station (excellent tapas at Ulteria), and Elitch Gardens amusement park.

Understandably, for security you need to use a key fob to enter the building and use the elevator. We had trouble with the fob in the elevator and another person helped us. We ended up helping others in the elevator throughout our stay. The first night we stayed the electronic display on the stove started beeping loudly. We ended up having to unplug the stove so we could sleep. Customer service was very friendly and said someone would be out the next day but no one came. We only stayted for 2 nights and planned on eating out so we didn't need the stove but it would have been a problem if we wanted to cook.

We were a little unsure whether booking a self contained apartment was a good idea when visiting a foreign city compared to booking a hotel room but we were VERY happy that we did. The room, no, the apartment was excellent and a real welcome surprise as we had wondered if the pictures on the website were too good to be true - the pictures were very accurate and it was a pleasant surprise. Access to the property was via very easy to use pin codes and the arrival instructions were excellent The apartment was very clean, modern, bright and very well furnished. we would have no hesitation in recommending Mint House as an excellent choice A special shout out to how quickly they responded to all of our questions, often responding within 10 minutes, even after normal business hours

Very very nice room. Large kitchen and comfortable beds. Very clean. Close to entertainment district. Lots of things to do in area.

The parking was extremely challenging. Finding the hotel was hard. Asked about parking several times and finally get into parking garage. Parked and next day we have note on car we were illegally parked and I was going to get towed. In no place on hotel information did it mention needed to park higher garage in designated. Later I found a note in room that said make sure you park in designated areas. No one at front desk or again in hotel I for emailed to me. So that part was very frustrating.

Really convenient location and a fabulous property. Communications with the host were all very easy and they got back to me very quickly on the occasions when I needed to speak with them. It was great having a washing machine and dryer which meant we could clean all our clothes before moving on. Check in instructions were all very clear and the luggage holding area was a great help

We had a studio and a 1 bed apartment. Both were excellent and well fitted but we preferred the studio as the bed was enormous. The bed in the 1 bed apartment was quite small and so do watch out

Excellent staff, very helpful. Big rooms, enough space. Excellent breakfast (credit 25 USD x each person + 15 USD per room), good enough to have whatever you want at the hotel's restaurant, one of the best we have had. Great room service that checks for "Do not disturb" many times a day, and finds time to clean each day. Superb location.

Pull out sofa was not comfortable (too thin mattress), but enough for kids.

We love the view from our apartment. MINT House is located in the center of town, near Union station, extremely convenient. Wholefoods across the street and many excellent places to eat nearby. We love the space and the luxurious feel of our two apartments. There is an outdoor pool and top quality gym which we didn't get to use. The roof terrace has a stunning view of the mountains.

We had an issue with the digital door lock of one of the two rooms. Since the issue happened late in the evening, we had to wait until the next day to have it resolved. We were able to speak to someone on the phone who tried to resolve it remotely, but it needed physical attention. We don't know why our keycards stop letting us have access to the roof terrace. It was not a big deal, but would have been nice to have coffee up there with the view.

Funny I liked a the modern exposed concrete ceiling my husband didn’t like that or floor plan walking thru closet to bathroom didn’t bother me There was a couple of hairs in the ice maker Didn’t love that I needed to do a background check to stay there a hotel doesn’t do that, Felt weird. But you don’t ask for my guest for background ? Didn’t like that at all but since I nothing to hide done but as a guest of a hotel I don’t do that ? Needs a better explanation Since you don’t realize what kind of a property you are coming to .
