The hotel was beautiful! During the booking process and getting everything ready to propose to my wife, Natalie was amazing! She answered ALL of my many questions! She wasn't just knowledgeable, she made it clear she WANTED to help! The hotel staff called the day of our stay and upgraded our room and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Our drinks at the Nickel were very good and the customer service for the whole stay left very little to be desired. I'm so bad with names, but everyone I interacted with throughout the booking process was truly a delight! Especially Natalie!!!

My only complaints are small and not really a detractor to staying at Hotel Teatro. 1. They had run out of a dairy free option for coffee on our first morning. 2. There was scotch tape around the doorframe between rooms. 3. The rain shower head, while very very nice to stand under, splashed a lot of water under the shower door. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. Maybe because I was exhausted from my flight and I had to get ready to head out for me not acknowledging it. I still would recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic and staff hospitality.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff, especially Natalie, were extremely helpful in finding places to eat and pointing us in the right direction. I asked for a corner room away from the elevator and was so pleased they were able to fulfill my request. It was my nephew‘s birthday, and they left a sweet note with a couple of treats. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.

The property is in a perfect location for the Denver Performing Arts Complex & close to many restaurants. The staff were very pleasant & also gave us a larger room!

There’s complementary wine at the bar for happy hour but no snacks to go with it. It’s hard to drink with an empty stomach! They also provide complimentary coffee but no tea, cocoa or milk to go with it! The other thing that I thought was awkward was that the person serving the wine asked for an ID when it’s obvious if someone is old enough or not. I’m a senior & didn’t have an ID with me so he asked a bunch of silly questions to see if I knew the answer, which I didn’t, in the end I got the wine!

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned - fine dining, Denver art museum, live music, and a hockey game at Ball arena, The hotel offers a free town car service which we used. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service was great.

The room lacked adequate clothing storage. There was a small closet for hanging things and in it were two small drawers. Nowhere near enough capacity for two people for three days. The fan for the heater was excessively loud. The restaurant was a step down from what they had there on our previous visits. What was once one of the best fine dining restaurants in town is now a bar.

Wonderful hotel, good location, right by where I wanted to be. I was impressed from the start by a welcome drink which set the mood for the whole experience. Bonus that my room had a bathtub without me having to ask for it! I ordered room service and it arrived quickly. Lived up to the 4 star promise!

I wish there had been a way to order room service on the TV. I was able to access the menu but when I used the option to add the item to my cart, I was simply told I needed to call to place my order.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Decor was interesting.

My room was right next to the elevator, like touching it, and you could hear it every time it went up or down. I feel like some notice of that should be included with the rooms that are impacted. I don’t think I would have been okay with the situation had I known.

A bit eclectic in how the hotel is run. Nice to have the happy hour. The style is a bit retro, which can be amusing, but sometimes function can be better (elevators). The bath tub is huge and very nice to have.

the staff could have been more pleasant about the happy hour. The shower is much too narrow, and turning on the water is always a challenge. One never knows where water will come out from. The electrical outlets are challenged to hold computer chargers.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was supposed to be queen-sized but was more like a double. The bedspread had what appeared to be a blood stain on it and it was stained/discolored (yellowish—like urine). The room was extremely small, mostly because it’s cluttered. There’s too much furniture for the size of the room. $59 a night for parking is ridiculous.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting downtown Denver.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. In our room, some updating to the bathroom had happened in the past few decades, but many things weren't right. Both sinks barely drained until after we reported it and they fixed it. The shower head had pulled out of the ceiling sheet rock and looked sketchy.
