Employees were very nice, gym was great, pool was heated and very cool, beds were comfy.

We asked a few questions and it was weird that nobody knew anything about the area. The front desk couldn’t answer most of my questions about, a local sports bar to watch a game or any info about the tour at Empower Field. The waiter in the restaurant didn’t know the answers but he went out of his way to try and find out for us. He was really sweet. For the rooms… they were very nice BUT the drawer space was awful. Two drawers by the front door that were super deep but shallow. Our Door also had to be slammed to get it closed and it got left open twice because we thought it shut but didn’t actually latch. Room 903. Wished there was some items at the restaurant that were more casual to eat, that would appeal to a 9 year old also.

We always enjoy a stay at a Westin. The bed and room is very comfortable.

2 of the 4 elevators were not working at the time of our stay and with a conference and concert being held that weekend, was pretty chaotic. Also, we had we got a drink and bite to eat at the bar area. The service was very slow and waited about an hour before I got my Caesar salad. At that time, the bar was not crowded.

Our stay at this Westin property was really nice! The bed was so comfortable and the room was oversized and clean. The gym and pool made it feel like a luxury property. The location was great - just a few blocks from Union Station and all that area has to offer. Few micro-breweries within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and they helped us with an unexpected charge and stored our luggage after check-out.

Love the Heavenly bed and covers, love the shower Westin showerhead (we have enjoyed the same one in Dallas, Costa Rica, and Denver in the last few weeks alone!) Location right on the 16th Street Mall is perfect for enjoying downtown. We ordered room service one morning, and our breakfast arrived within 5 minutes of our order!

$46 per day for valet parking when the valets were so busy we actually accessed our own vehicle most of the time - that kind of sucked. So did the lack of staff to help with luggage when we arrived. The property is also in need of a refresh, which is apparently scheduled for next year.

IT WAS JANUARY FIRST WHEN WE HAD TO WAIT ONE HOUR FOR OUR BREAKFAST TO BE SERVED. WE WERE SEATED AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE AND FOOD WAS ACTUALLY SERVED ONE HOUR AFTERWARDS

The property is very high standards has very good standards that they hold there employees to also watch cars all night long!doesn’t matter the time and also the pool is amazing and it’s cool it’s on the top floor of the building and it’s inside and out doesn’t matter the weather heated and etc.

The location is perfect, we had some quick family in and out activity at the valet. They were super accommodating and very patient with us… The bar on the second floor is pretty amazing for a late night dining and drink quickie if you fly in late… I’ve stayed here several times.

Pool area needs more services: refreshments, drinks, snacks, appetizers etc. and an employee to monitor for unfortunately trash blowing away, or left behind along with picking up left behind towels and rearranging moved chairs.

I prepaid the breakfast. It is good decision to do so since it’s delicious and save time to get breakfast elsewhere. The location is convenient and have free bus to travel around the city.
