Great location, genuine and courteous staff. Amenities suited needs and curated our experience with quaint rooms, premium selection of goods and comfortable accommodations. Intriguing art and decor for the majority throughout. Great restaurant offered well- presented food menu, exceptional bar service and a small coffee boutique. Front desk, valet and expedited service within mentionable satisfaction.

but lacked ergonomic space in design and details in finish appearance and simplicities (power connections and task spaces). Fridge was said to be sensor cooled but was like warm at best; repair offered but prohibited within our duration.

Staff was very helpful and offered us an upgrade to our room. Rooms were beautiful and the coffee was excellent. They have a nice coffee shop in the lobby with breakfast items and lunch items if needed. They do have a French restaurant also in the lobby and we had lunch there. I have to be honest as it wasn't my favorite meal but maybe should have ordered something else. It was a lovely restaurant, and the server was very nice. I had the Hamachi and a salad. Very close to other restaurants and shops. We were there for Christmas so the hours of everything were adjusted and unfortunately a lot of places were closed. I would definitely stay in that area again as it is a great location. 16th street is under construction, so it is a mess. Not sure if that is the reason it was empty as we haven't been there since 2017. Back then, it was bustling. Very sad to see the storefronts empty. Larimer square is still beautiful, but quiet, at least while we were there.

The hotel looks very stylish, especially the bathroom in our room was stunning. The location is ideal, at the cross of Market Street and 16th Street Mall - it couldn't be more central, just a stroll from Union Station. A bonus was the duo playing jazz at the bar downstairs on Saturday evening. Another bonus was an umbrella available in the wardrobe of the room - I needed to go buy something while it downpoured.

The room price was a bit high, but aligned with the prices of other hotels downtown Denver.

Loved the location, modern and clean rooms, comfortable beds, view of the Rockies from the 9th floor king corner room was beautiful to wake up to, friendly staff, refillable water bottles and refreshing fruit infused water available all day to refill, small snacks, bar made good drinks

No fault of theirs but it would be great if there were a rooftop bar here to look at the gorgeous views of the Rockies.

The shampoo/conditioner were amazing and good quality. It was nice they had grooming kits (facial pads/q-tips) in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shout out to Jeff at the front desk for taking time to give us a good run down of the area; he was very friendly! There was construction around the hotel, but we did not hear any of it inside the hotel. Walkable to Larimer Square, Union Station, "bar row". I felt safe knowing you needed a room card to access the elevators. Jeff really made our stay, had it not been for his service recovery my review would not be this positive.

Valet team was not helpful! Our truck was too tall for the onsite parking and we felt rushed to leave there without much help on options in the area. Did not make the start to our stay feel very welcoming! First front desk girl rushed us through the check in process, made us feel like we were a bother to her (which was disappointing for the amount of money we paid to stay there!) 2 strikes right off the bat (valet and check in). We were not able to get the a/c regulated. We realized the vents were closed in the room, but unable to get the room to fully cool down. Valet is $65/night; on a positive note, the taller off-site parking garage we found (1200 17th St-2 openings with different height clearances) $8/night for weekends.

I went to the hotel for a one night only business trip. I found it according to my expectations: clean, friendly staff, good location and very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants nearby for the night and the furniture and the design of the hotel are beautiful

The restaurant (I had dinner and breakfast) directly charged 20% more for the staff and for the hotel itself. In addition, on the check, I found the tip request, which of course I gave. Well, I think that was a bit too much, since the restaurant was very expensive ($90 for a single person).

The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all downtown Denver attractions and lots of great restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable. Good size, nice windows, nice shower, and comfortable bed. The fitness facility is very good. There were plenty of machines and weights--every morning there were 4-6 people exercising and it was easy to accommodate them all. The staff were very nice and attentive.

The hotel was lovely. The room decor was perfection down to the eucalyptus branch in the bathroom with its calming fragrance. The bed was comfortable.

We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. While the venue was beautiful, the food all came out late, cold, incorrect, and burnt. The manager saw this and kindly stepped in, but needless to say we left for the airport hungry.

Excellent service for a weekend anniversary trip. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a spacious room. The staff were friendly and accommodating - top tier service from the front desk to housekeeping!

Breakfast was overpriced but there are plenty of eateries in the area. And the in-house restaurant’s dining options fell flat - overpriced and tasteless.

Great advice from the front desk staff for cocktails and late night bites. Conveniently located in Downtown and right next door to a top notch dispensary. Beautiful and accommodating, modern rooms.

I could hear through the walls and hallway traffic very clearly. The air conditioning system worked great but the fan was not powerful enough to create any white noise.
