Friendly staff, free bike rental, outdoor patio area, gym, Ajax restaurant $30 credit, comfy bed. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff brought us a bottle of Prosecco and some macaroons, very nice touch!

The interface between Booking.com and the hotel. At first they wanted us to pay for our room, even though we already paid through Booking. Then at checkout they were going to charge the $30 per day amenity fee, but again we got that free through Booking.com. They were friendly, however, and worked out both issues.

After being on a train for 38 hours, the bed was the best thing. We were exhausted and just wanted a place to sleep. The staff told us about a restaurant around the corner that has great food and a relaxing atmosphere. When we got home, we realized we had forgotten my medication in the room refrigerator. Housekeeping found it and realized what it was put in the fridge to keep it cool. When I called the next day, the hotel offered to ship me my medication back. We decided to just drive back because we live close by.

Room was a nice size, beds and pillows were comfortable and it was very clean. Location is good with a few restaurants and cafes nearby and next to the commuter train. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon check-in, we were provided a sheet of paper that said we would be charged $30 per day, per guest for an Amenity Fee. First, this should be transparent in the rate of the room, because now the price increased by $60 per day (more than 30% of the room rate), plus the "amenities" are not worth $30 per person, per day. It includes access to a workout facility, admission to The Museum of Contemporary Art, which unfortunately is not worth a visit (and we love museums) and $10 per day at the onsite restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful location right next to union station. Staff was super friendly. The rooms are super quiet and the beds were great.

The shower seemed to have a bit of a hickup, only got lukewarm water. Though I'm sure that's not a common thing, the bathroom was topnotch. Room service was hilariously expensive, 13 dollars for a handful of m&ms.. But plenty of shops nearby.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The exposed cement made the rooms feel less luxurious and the decor of the rooms left a lot to be desired. There is no room service, and as it is a hotel that advertises for the venue, it would have been nice to have on property food options for after the event.

My room was not cleaned one day because I was out for about an hour and had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I returned before 11:00 a.m. and removed the sign. My room had not been cleaned when I returned hours later. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels.

Great location & easy access when taking the train from the airport. Nice, quiet hotel, but close to all the action of Union Station & Coors baseball stadium. Nice bar area and restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful throughout the stay. Coffee, water, and snacks were available throughout the day in the lobby. Would stay here again if going to Denver.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the in-room coffee. Much too strong for our liking. We ended up going downstairs each morning to get the complimentary coffee they served in the lobby and taking it back up to the room.

Highly recommended, this hotel truly stands out as a top-notch destination. Unlike some ostentatious 'grand' hotels, they focus on ensuring your comfort and promptly meeting your needs and desires, without any unnecessary showmanship. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. The ambiance exudes a delightful Scandinavian vibe. The furniture is exceptionally comfortable, avoiding the common pitfall of sacrificing relaxation for cutting-edge design seen in some other hotels. Moreover, the restaurant serves excellent food, and the bar boasts an impressive selection of premium liquors. The management of this hotel truly excels in their approach. Despite my initial apprehension when IHG sold the property to another hotel group, I was pleasantly surprised. The new owners had the foresight to retain the existing management and staff, proving to be a brilliant decision. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this is the type of hotel I would happily choose to stay in wherever my journeys take me.

Location is perfect for all you want to do in Denver.

The only negative was trying to get valet parking to check in upon arrival. It was lined up out to the street.
