We enjoyed the valet parking, friendly and helpful staff. The whole room was incredibly comfortable. Beds, pillows, temperature in room were all amazing!! We also liked swimming in the pool. Really awesome to look out at the big tall buildings near by and all from the big windows in the pool area. Also! There is a grocery store right across the hotel. Everything was very convenient for my little family! We'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for being kind to my family.

Sadly 1 of the chairs in the room looked like it needed a deep cleaning.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was nice and beautiful.

Staff wasn’t very helpful. We ask for the breakfast but didn’t get full informations and had to ask several time to know what we wanted. The breakfast was expensive for what it was and made us late for our train because too long to serve. The staff answer your booking messages days after you asked the questions and most of the time too late or even past you stay so useless.

The room was clean, comfortable and upper class. A real, sit down, full size breakfast was included. The gentleman at the checkin to the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us-much appreciated! Our waitress was very good, efficient, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, seasoned well and cooked to our specifications. For a big city like Denver, it has the FRIENDLIEST people! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Since Coors Field and The Rockies were the obvious main destination, to include the MLB channel on the cable tv lineup would have been a welcomed plus!

Excellent Stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had a city with Coors Field in the background. Indoor pool area was great. Restaurant was great, and it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location was perfect. Coors field was a 10-15 min walk. Also the 16th St mall is walking distance. But there is also a free bus at Union Station.

The rooms , service , cleanliness and staff were great.

We had 3 adults and 4 children between 3 rooms. We were given a voucher for the “free continental breakfast “ which was supposed to cover all guest. We get to the restraint attached and they said it’s only for one per room. When we checked out I explained this to the front desk and she said it’s supposed to cover everyone. We had to pay an extra $90 that we thought was included. No one offered anything since were explained that it wasn’t or was included. When we searched for hotels this one one of the items we searched for was an included breakfast.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was good if u want to use train otherwise felt like we were outside of the action especially with no personal transportation. The happy hour which offered light snacks was a good option.

Hilton did not live up to its name in my opinion. Was expecting first class and rooms were not cheap. If u did not ask for room service (which I thot would be bed linen change) you didn’t get fresh towels and coffee/cups etc. Expected shower area to be really spic and span. No brochure rack of places of interest and things to do. Poor stock of Incidentals like aspirin etc

Location was great. Room was a nice size and very clean and comfortable.

The price was elevated due to the fact that there was a concert nearby. A bit of a price gouge in my view! A minor annoyance, but there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so I called down to get another roll and never received it. Fortunately, we made the half roll work, but I was a bit annoyed that no one brought up a roll.

The location is fantastic with very quick access to so much in downtown. The bed and shower were so good! Very quiet despite being downtown, and felt very safe and secure at all times.

Parking and Uber pick up is tricky, though there is valet. Be careful pulling in and out if you're a driver.

FRONT DESK PERSONNEL DID NOT MAKE A VERY PROFESSIONAL IMPRESSION AND LACKED PROVIDING NECESSARY INFORMATION. THEY TOLD US THE WRONG PRICE (HIGHER), DID NOT GACE INFORMATION THAT VOUCHERS ARE NEEDED FOR BREAKFAST, ETC. MAYBE NEXT TIME TRY TO BE LESS HIPSTERISH AND MORE PROFESSIONAL. AND PLEASE DISPLAY THE CORRECT PRICES FOR PARKING. THIS IS REQUIRES SIMPLY A PRINT OUT AND CAN BE DONE IN A MINUTE.
