New aparthotel with nice, comfortable furniture and beds. Having three rooms with two bathrooms was very beneficial for our family of four. A lot of space to move around - especially in the bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus (had dirty clothes from our morning hike). Never really used the kitchen, but it was nice to have the full size frig and other appliances. Stayed here two nights - I would rebook again if in the area. Almost walking distance to RhNo District - but we decided to Uber each time. Because of the area, it was nice to be able to park in the parking garage that was secure (needed a pass to get in and out).

The train yard next to the apartment - it was loud throughout the night! Sound machine and earplugs were used! We had a corner room, so maybe other rooms are better. The outskirts of the property are a little sketchy - so would keep an open eye on valuables left in parked cars or for your own safety if walking in the area.

Beautiful new construction that is spacious, comfortable and clean. 2 bedroom + 2 bath is outstanding value allowing for relaxed accommodations. Full kitchen and very nice pool/outside area.

On the edge of RiNo district so need to walk to the action. Not a problem if mobile but poor weather or limited mobility could be inconvenient. Lot of construction in the area but that should be temporary. Train is near and could be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Felt like home away from home. It was cool that it was an apartment and not a hotel room, the in unit laundry was extremely useful. I had a coke in my bag that popped and got all over my clothes, but was able to clean them thanks to the laundry units. My laptop didn't survive but oh well stuff happens, at least I was able to go to work without cola all over me.

The apartment is very well laid out - open plan living space and kitchen. A separate laundry room was a bonus so we could wash and dry our dirty clothes before we returned home. Having an ensuite bathroom for each bathroom was perfect. For the price I paid I thought it was extremely good value considering you were a very short taxi ride from the centre of Denver.

Clean and Simple with all amenities to stay.

Initially check in was tough , the electronic lock in front of the building was not working fine when I was trying to key in the passcode, thankfully a person working for the apartment helped me with keying in access. The electronic lock in front of the apartment building should have a sun shed on it , as it was difficult to see the electronic dial under daylight.

Everything! The place is spacious, clean with modern fittings. Full spec kitchen and beautifully spacious ensuite bathrooms for both rooms. Check-in was super easy and the host is really communicative. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again

Nothing it all, it was great!

Communication was key for me. I'm old school, so instructions were important and due to receiving simple and clear instructions, made all the difference.

I could've done without the construction across the road and all the noise from equipment early in the morning, however other than that it was great.

The property is beautiful

The construction going on around the whole property was a mess to find the place. In and out was little of a pain but that I am sure can not be helped.

The property was clean and most of the amenities. The gym facilities are amazing and the location is super convenient

We extended our stay which was easy and the staff accommodating however the price offered was a lot higher than any other date is the coming few months by almost double which a shame

The property is very modern. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout. There is the south platte river trail in view. Felt more homey than staying in a hotel.

The view is not the best, mostly gravel lot, I25 and train yard.
