The room is decored with attention to detail, the lighting setup was impressive with LED strips along the headboard and around the bed shining on the floor. All the facilities in the room felt like as if someone has taken a real interest in making the experience as pleasant as possible.

Not a dislike given the price, but it seems like for anything extra, like breakfast, you have to pay for. Additional I didn't have a microwave in my room, and used the one in the snack shop. Not a deal breaker but something to note.

I liked the location and the cost was appropriate. I really like my room and the bathroom was clean. I love hotels that no longer have carpet so that's a plus for me. I appreciated the paid parking for $20 a day.

I didn't like that you could smell the restaurant food as soon as you walked in the door and the restaurant was almost part of the lobby. It's in an open bar space around a wall sort of. The day I checked in, it just so happened that whatever they cooked wasn't appealing to me. But that's a personal issue. The restaurant seemed fine. I didn't eat there.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that each staff member remembered me. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very impressive.

Nothing really big, the staff was outstanding. If I was asked to find an area that needed comment, it would be that the snack area was not always stocked with diet soda or water. Perhaps add a smoking area outside with seating.

The room was large and clean with a fabulous view of the mountains. Bartender, Rick, was amazing and engaging. You should never let him go!!! Whatever you’re paying him isn’t enough. Rick, is a great ambassador to your hotel and the city of Denver!!’ Tell him Angie, says hi. We will definitely be back

The morning coffee area needs some attention. They were out of coffee early and didn’t replenish the coffee.

The hotel is very clean and the room comfortable, and very quiet. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed the 2nd floor outdoor terrace. Both train and bus transportations to downtown are close by. We only ate a couple of times at the restaurant but the food was was very good. The bar was fun with yummy drinks. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel location was perfect for our needs.

The hotel had a private parking lot and a great restaurant and bar. The staff was helpful.

The parking lot gate would not open with our hotel keys, and we needed assistance from the staff. The location is a mile away from the RINO arts district and nightlife. It is an easy uber ride, but I would not walk that route at night.

Property was very clean . Loved the room the light mirror and blue tooth - king bed slept like a king very comfortable- room was nice - we paid the $20 for the parking wasn’t to bad felt more comfortable with it being in a gated fence .

Everything was pleasant - from the walking in to checking in to getting to room nothing to complain about

It is close to the art district and it was the perfect place to stay for us. Everything in the room was clean

Parking is uncovered and doesn’t have a direct entrance to hotel it was snowing, and getting the ice off the car was a pain. The pillows are too big, woke up with a kink in my neck.

We both struggled with nasal congestion in the room and on the one occasion we turned up the heat the carbon monoxide detector went off. So I think the filters need a good clean

It was a nice new hotel and the staff was very helpful. The food and drinks were GREAT and the bar tender went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Bedding was super comfortable!

Parking was confusing and not marked very well but was told that it was being addressed.
