Room was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful, the premises were clean, the bathroom probably needs a fan due to the humidty from shower was bubbling the new paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bed was super comfy. I have no complaints. Breakfast was the usual hotel warm up, pool is nice and the hot tub was relaxing.

Staff was great, as soon as Ial arrived they were already expecting me. I mentioned my name, and she said, "Yes, I've seen your name. I've been expecting you."

I couldn't gain entrance with my key card from the rear parking to the building on E entrance. The shower valve was coming off, and the microwave was missing the rotating ring underneath the plate and a leg.

Aproimity to Downtown Denver.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Close to important highways that can easily take you anywhere around Denver/Boulder. The room was clean and spacious and they have free parking.

It looks like the hotel has been used to shelter migrants (no disclaimer at Booking.com) which is not a problem but when I arrived and couldn’t find anyone at the reception I walked up to the officer on duty and asked where should I go for my check in and he was quite rude, maybe because I am Latina and he assumed that I was just another migrant around there. Also, for the 2 days we were there we saw people doing inspections at the migrants rooms, and we had to dodge them. Just think the hotel could better arrange this, since it’s a large facility and they could try to separate those being sheltered by the government from those paying for their holidays.

First night was disappointing, our room was so bad! There was a hole the wall the phone came apart while calling the front desk. They switched our room at midnight so that inconvenient. Next couple of days was better, The staff ar the bar was great. Hillary was very sweet and attentive.

The room they moved us to was tiny, it was in front of an ice machine so that’s all we heard. The floors had carpet that looked dirty old and worn. It reeked of marijuana. On more than one occasion I saw some suspicious activity like what seemed to be soliciting of some kind. I was also told by a staff member that this hotel is used to house homeless people. Nothing against that except it would’ve just been nice to know this information.

The room was clean, shower was nice, bathroom had anti fog button on the mirror so that was cool. Hotel had a 24/7 market inside with a nice variety of snacks and drinks and a restaurant/ bar inside.

Did not get housekeeping the whole week we were there and not sure why. We didn’t put the tag on the door to opt out. I even called on day 2 to see if there was anything special we needed to do to receive housekeeping and I asked for towels. They brought towels, but did not clean the room/change the sheets/ take the trash or anything. The elevators were sketchy and some were out of order.

Rooms were clean, seemed like a well-run facility. Reception was friendly when we checked in, let us know about a parade the next day so we could avoid it or join in, if we wished. We arrived pretty late so the warm welcome was appreciated.

It's a dated building, which is fine. You can just tell it's older so it's not going to be perfectly sparkly. The elevators were also dated which was a bit daunting because I'm not a huge fan of them anyway. There wasn't anything terrible about our room or our stay. I will say the breakfast was so-so for the price they charge.

The location is convenient, right off the freeway & east to find. The hotel was decent, some of the staff members were really pleasant and helpful, a couple of them were not. The room was clean, nice, with easy access to ice and vending machines. Fridge in room, no microwave. The shower head was really nice!

I didn't like that the restaurant and bar closed at 9pm. When booking it advertised as an on-site nightclub so I expected it to be open later, especially on a Friday night. I got in at 8:30 & there aren't too many food options near there. I didn't like that the pool closed at 10, 11 would have been better for someone who checked in a little later.

The location of the hotel was really close to downtown Denver. It is like a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

The property looked like an older hotel that was converted to a “newer” hotel. The mattress in this particular room I was in was very stiff and had a dip in the middle of the mattress. Their was also a dust collection going on in the vent that was in the bathroom, and I mean DUST. I feel these rooms could have gotten a better upgrade or newer look. Breakfast could have been a little better. Breakfast was a little cold for something that should be warm as it sits out there on the bar.

I usually stay here when I'm visiting Denver for a concert. It's relatively close to most venues, clean, staff is always friendly and pretty affordable compared to a lot of others. I like staying in this hotel.

I really don't like having to pay a deposit because it takes forever to be refunded to my account again. Not sure what the point even is, I think they really should just charge for damages if they occur.
