Room was clean, everything worked well. Staff was exceptionally sweet and friendly, even when we were super late checking in. No bad smells in the room, and the AC worked VERY well! Lots of counter/table space in the room too. Free wifi works well! Lots of parking space, and we were not bothered or hassled our whole stay- love that. We could not hear our neighbors at all! 😍 and the location is great- just a short drive or uber anywhere in denver!

There is no fan or vent in the bathrooms, so it gets a little damp feeling, but not terrible. The elevator broke on day 2 of 5 of out trip, and because it was a holiday weekend, no repairs during our stay. I have a bad knee, and we were on the 3rd floor. The stairs themselves are very worn wood, and a little worrying to go down at night as they are also not well lit. Additionally, while we paid extra for a fridge... there was no microwave 😅 the elevators both smelled terrible too.

The hotel room was very clean! Beds were comfy. It has an elevator even though it is a motel. Central enough to all the mainstream chain resturants. Room is on the smaller side but quaint and well kept. Hotel check in was very quick, and they were helpful. There is a pool, but we didn't use it, so no feedback there.

Location is nice, but it is a little sketchy. I went to check in and immediately a woman asked if I was alone and she could share a room with me. Definitely gives the vibe you need to lock your doors and pay attention to the surroundings.

I like that it's centralized, and the manager really helped me out. My reservation was cancelled because of a credit card error. I was on route from Canada and never got the email. When I rebooked it was almost $200 more for 4 nights. The manage was very helpful and gave me the original booking price. Bravo!! She was the young beautiful lady manager. Not sure her name...

Just the initial mixup at check in.

Check-in was simple and unproblematic. The concierge was helpful when I asked about local places to eat. When we got into the room, it was clean. I checked for issues, such as bedbugs and everything was clear.

My only issues were that the bathroom (where the tub and toilet are) were extremely small and tight. This made it awkward getting into and out of the tub. However, I also realize that this is not easily changed.

The staff was very friendly, my son and I were one the outside of the building close to the office.. We felt safe and comfortable staying here and will be booking here again in December of this year for another planned event we are attending..

Not much shade where smoking is allowed across the parking lot..

The staff members are very sweet for office staff and housekeeping very respectful I appreciate the kindness to housekeeping when asking for things you have two staff members one that works in the daytime she was very sweet of you also have a gentleman that works at night that is very kind very helpful to my family

Location and price are unbeatable. We wanted to support a local hostel but at 80 bucks a person it was out of our budget.

The parking lot needs more trees.

I had made prior reservation’s In advanced & had to wait 1/2 hour. The hotel clerk closed out her shift & her relief was 1/2 late therefore, I had to be inconvenienced I was not happy.

I was there 3 days. I felt uncomfortable & cops showed up domestic dispute.
