The hotel room was very clean! Beds were comfy. It has an elevator even though it is a motel. Central enough to all the mainstream chain resturants. Room is on the smaller side but quaint and well kept. Hotel check in was very quick, and they were helpful. There is a pool, but we didn't use it, so no feedback there.

Location is nice, but it is a little sketchy. I went to check in and immediately a woman asked if I was alone and she could share a room with me. Definitely gives the vibe you need to lock your doors and pay attention to the surroundings.

I like that it's centralized, and the manager really helped me out. My reservation was cancelled because of a credit card error. I was on route from Canada and never got the email. When I rebooked it was almost $200 more for 4 nights. The manage was very helpful and gave me the original booking price. Bravo!! She was the young beautiful lady manager. Not sure her name...

Just the initial mixup at check in.

Check-in was simple and unproblematic. The concierge was helpful when I asked about local places to eat. When we got into the room, it was clean. I checked for issues, such as bedbugs and everything was clear.

My only issues were that the bathroom (where the tub and toilet are) were extremely small and tight. This made it awkward getting into and out of the tub. However, I also realize that this is not easily changed.

The staff members are very sweet for office staff and housekeeping very respectful I appreciate the kindness to housekeeping when asking for things you have two staff members one that works in the daytime she was very sweet of you also have a gentleman that works at night that is very kind very helpful to my family

Some of the guests are dirty using needles outside having sex right outside the rooms

I had made prior reservation’s In advanced & had to wait 1/2 hour. The hotel clerk closed out her shift & her relief was 1/2 late therefore, I had to be inconvenienced I was not happy.

I was there 3 days. I felt uncomfortable & cops showed up domestic dispute.

My room was real clean you don't have to worry about your vehicle being broken into I like the location of the motel I'm in the process of moving and I had to get a motel because they put a hold on my apartment so the last past 8 days these guys made me very safe and welcome better than a lot of these Motel 6 I see out here

What I didn't like I didn't have nowhere to make my coughing when I wanted to then like to have to go and ask them break up front for hot water all the time no microwave no coffee pot in the room had two ask for hot water all the time.Did not like that no microwave other than that thank you Motel 6

The room is small, which isn't a surprise, but it was clean and organized. Bed felt fine, as best I can tell. I went to sleep pretty quickly a little after midnight and woke, as usual, around 4:30 a.m.

Traffic when I went downtown the next morning. Oter than that, I felt everything was fine. When I blocked the room I was not expecting a downtown high rise. It met expectations. What more can you expect?

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful

I don't like that we don't have a mini fridge or microwave in our room so I'm spending a lot of $$ eating out 😔
