Solid location, just outside the downtown area. Had pretty much everything within walking distance but rented a car too. Kitchenette was well stocked (minus a coffeemaker except for the instant packets). Room was spacious, offered plenty of room to stretch and decompress. Breakfast was decent, but only had it once and it was largely broken down before I got in - wasn't advertised much internally. Room TV connected to Netflix and Amazon which was nice too! Staff also accommodated a later check out and were flexible with that which was appreciated.

Lack of a full on coffee maker in the room - when folks above us got back it was a little loud and we were just off the street so caught a little bit of notice

It was centrally located to an event I was attending and had plenty of food options. Really enjoyed the oatmeal bar and all the toppings for breakfast. Had a great full size kitchen.

You had to position the toilet handle just right or the water just kept running. There was also a hole in the pullout sofa bed mattress. I wish a bedding package was offered at check in as I searched the room for bedding since we had a one bed, one sofa bed room, with 2 adults and a preteen. Seeing the number of people in the party I would offer since extra bedding is not kept in the room.

It was a spacious suite with huge kitchen and living area. I was a little worried as we walked up the stairs and I heard a child yelling in the unit next to us but once inside we couldn’t hear a thing. The bed was comfy. One chair with pillow were a little tattered but the rest looked fine. Looked like new carpet.

The prices overall downtown Denver are just ridiculous …the can’t be a $325 value??!! But you were the lowest price we could find with decent reviews. Not a bad location either.

We were traveling back home from attending a funeral and arrived in town late in the pm.we had stopped at a restaurant and I had left my wallet in on the counter we had drop everything immediately and go retrieve my wallet the mod was so understanding she stopped everything and we would finish where we stopped no attitude, no rude remarks no guilt about wasting her time. A real sincere class act:)! I was having an anxiety filled awful day and her professoalism and kindness made me feel so much better and made me feel like it would all be okay land guess what? It all turned out great, thank you for the hospitality;)

Affordable, good neighborhood, friendly staff

Breakfast was so so. My son got a gluten free muffin and after eating some of it he noticed mold on the top. The waffles were tough. I would recommend a self serve waffle maker. On the note of cleanliness, upon arrival I opened a Sprite and some of it spewed onto the floor. I used paper towels and dishwashing soap to clean the floor. When I wiped the floor the paper towel was black. Obviously the kitchen floor had not been cleaned for awhile. Shower upstairs is so small you can’t even turn around in it, of note, I am only 5’2” and 147#.

The breakfast has a lot of options although the main meal provided some days is better than others. Rooms are large and clean and the bathroom is nice. The kitchenette is a nice touch although I did not use it much personally. Coffee is actually pretty good in the reception building. Laundry room on-premises was good for my situation and the machines work well. Great desk for doing work,

They stopped doing daily housekeeping and you have to request. That's fine, but most times in the morning I am outta there before I think about doing this. Maybe the times are changing and this is the norm.

The location is great! It is extremely convenient to all that Denver has to offer and less than 30 mins away from the airport. The staff was friendly and kind. The room was very clean!! Love that this room offers 2 full bathrooms.

The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and the interstate nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The guy that runs the breakfast buffet was amazing and the breakfast was delicious!

The water pressure in the showers wasn't the greatest.

Breakfast was very good, and staff there was very friendly. I personally prefer sausage links, rather than patties, but this is a nit.

Some better form of division between the sitting area and the bed in the room would be helpful. Also, the ice maker in our freezer did not have ice when we arrived.

Room was clean and comfortable with a lot of space. I appreciated the full kitchen - it makes it so much easier while traveling! The staff were friendly and helpful as well - were able to answer any questions I had.
