The location to the football game was outstanding. The rooms are new and comfortable. The rooftop bar had a nice view and good tailgate party before the game. The bar tender at the bar after the Broncos game was really good, the place was packed and she handled the crowd all by herself with a smile.

the food at the restaurant (make shift kitchen really) was just so so. The hotel was packed and they didn’t have enough help during the tailgate party on the rooftop and in the evening at the bar or restaurant or in the morning for breakfast. The employees were very friendly however only had one person working each shift so the lines and wait time were too long. The rate was pretty high do the fact that it’s the only hotel close to the stadium, the parking was expensive as well.

The lady at the front desk when checked out was awesome! She was nice, professional, accommodating and smiling the whole time.

Driving up to check in as not much room and don't know right away that you can pull into garage without charge to check in. Also for safety hazardous there should be a red marking on step outside near check in as step not expected.

Clean lines, modern design in our room and bathroom, roomy, excellent WiFi connection through the property, super cheery staff, quiet and located well for our needs.

The service was amazing. Sara at the front desk took care of us. Jackie at the bar was the life of the night. We’ll be back because of them.

well, first of all staff was allowed to park in the parking garage for an event that was nearby that Payne hotel customers were not able to find a spot to park at then the next morning there was no hot water. I did get refunded my parking pass.
