My new Husband and I changed plans on our honeymoon last minute and decided to book. The other reviews I see seem to misunderstand what “unsavory” characters are. We spent some magnificent time connecting with our fellow man on the property. Entitlement tends to blind us from the ability to connecting with our fellow relatives. I absolutely loved the Asian Cajun wings!!!!! TRUE CAJUN! What?!!!! I was giggling ridiculously as my mouth was on fire in the best of ways! This is a great value for the location and a clean stay in Denver. There was a woman throwing a fit in the lobby and the Hotel’s security responded quickly to keep staff and guests safe. Grateful for such a lovely staff! The common areas attendant was walking around singing, which told me staff is treated well! He was a pleasure!

Free breakfast was so convenient as there aren't any restaurants nearby, it consisted of eggs, hash browns, sausage, and lots of other options, cereal, danish, juice, coffee, more than enough to start your day. Staff is friendly and helpful and does their best to accommodate requests.

Parking is always tricky, but that's because I stay during the on-site gem show.

the room was very quiet and clean. The hotel is older, but very nicely maintained. The water pressure was amazing and the bed extremely comfortable.The breakfast was also very nice and I enjoyed the eating area.

Unable to control the temperature in the room, it was very warm. The parking situation is a little iffy, it's kind of in an industrial area so there were a few sketchy characters around.

The staff communicated well. They could not always help us but they did what they could and told us when they could not.

A man walked into my sisters room and he had a key. It was explained to us that he was someone they had trouble with before and that he was escorted off the property. Also we had trouble with our keys . It was very hard to open our rooms. Also we read on the description there was dining and a bar and they only had breakfast available. The onsite dining and bar was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. Getting ice was a hassell also.

The girl that checked me in was super sweet and had great hospitality. We got in late, she was quick and got us in the room right away. The room was clean and comfortable. Water and snacks provided in the room were appreciated!

Wish the curtains darkened the room more but not a big deal at all!!

The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The view was pretty and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast. The shuttle was convenient.

The elevators were very very slow (we waited for 15 minutes at one point and then took the fire escape, despite the warnings). We could hear people in the rooms all around us. The TV didn't work. There is no public transit anywhere near the hotel so you MUST shuttle or call a ride if you don't have a rental car.

I liked that there was a lot of flowers on the premises! It was near the freeway and the roundabout so it made commuting a bit easier.

It wasn’t a huge deal but I feel like maybe management should consider having a designated smoking area.

Shuttle service was reliable and closer to red rocks for me. Breakfast was great. $10 rideshare if not using shuttle. Spacious room. Friendly staff

Card stopped working every so often, not a big deal. Restaurant was limited, only breakfast.

Breakfast was very enjoyable. The food was hot and fresh. There was a good variety from which to choose. The staff was wonderful.

The pool should have been skimmed more often. There was cottonwood puffs in the pool. People came to the pool, looked at it and left. That was a shame because it was actually very nice. The shower in our room mostly had cold or lukewarm water. The elevators were slow but that was because too many people were getting in at a time (like 20!). The staff put up signs stating a limit of 6/car.

Check in went smoothly, room was as expected except no chair for the desk. The room was comfortable and clean and everything worked except for the ice maker but that was only a floor away.

Didn't like to always wait for the elevator just to get to the room. I prefer to use the stairs when possible and that was not available "for security reasons". And no access to the pool, assuming for Covid reasons.
