The staff was attentive. I needed to have copies made and they did it in 2 minutes, no charge. Helpful in answering questions. The location is great, right on the 16th St. Mall. One of the best things was the Trompeil coffee house adjacent (you can enter from the lobby). Great way to start the morning with gourmet coffee and fresh pastries. Room was spacious, nice walk-in shower with lovely tile, and a mini-frig and microwave. Highly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. Nice shower but needs a bar to hang onto and floor was somewhat slippery. Nice to have fridge and microwave.

Toilet didn't always fill up. Had to take off the tank lid and adjust the valve. Needed better lighting in sink area or maybe a makeup mirror. Our neighbors were very noisy every night waking us up. 2 couples with adjoining rooms. Walls seemed very thin! Too bad about all the construction but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Love the location. Excellent place to walk to Denver's museums and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. Staff is very friendly.

The parking situation is not so great. You have to park in an underground parking garage a block away. The shower floor is a tile that matches the bathroom but it is very slippery. I would expect an accident to happen eventually if something isn't done to make it less slippery.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful! The staff were more than helpful and very welcoming and the complimentary water was great as well. We got upgraded to a city view room and the view was absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect and close to restaurants ice skating and more. I 100% recommend this hotel! We will be back

I have no issues with this hotel

Location was perfect, near everything. Mexican restaurant and cafe located within the building. Not a new building with inklings of nostalgia in vintage hallways, high ceilings. Everything was “updated” but didn’t completely wipe out what it once was.

Not the hotel’s issue, but there was a ton of construction surrounding 12 street mall and the doors of the building

The location was great, and it was a pleasant walk to closeby downtown tourist-friendly locations. The room was big and very clean. They had empanadas and cake for breakfast in the lobby, and the lobby was spacious and nice to sit in. We also arrived pretty early in the morning, and they gave us our room around 12:30 PM instead of 4 PM, which was much appreciated.

The room was really pricey for the concert weekend we were staying there, but looking at the regular rate it doesn't seem as pricey.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We were kindly upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was absolutely beautiful. We had the most beautiful view from our balcony of The Daniels & Fisher Tower. It waa centrally located at one end of 16th Street. Perfect to walk 16th Street Mall. It is also close to Ball Arena which we walked for our basketball game. Front desk staff were both amazing and so accomodating.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. If I had to pick one thing it would only be that the gate to the car park on-site was left open during the night.

No pool no food services incorrect information about parking did not get validated and was told it would be cheaper without it stated it would be 12is dollars it was 47 it’s downtown i get it but i like to be prepared..

Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee and cake in the morning and one day we had tasty empanadas for breakfast. Room was very clean and great size.

I struggle to see when a room is just lit with lamps and I would always prefer a bath to a shower. The shower took a long time for the water to get warm.

The staff was fantastic

The construction outside our room on the road And the person in the room next door talking on his cell phone for hours was audible. I thought it was coming from the air ducts but I think through the walls
