Good location, clean facility, free hot coffee and team in the lobby specially because it was so clod outside.

1. Breakfast can be improved by offering more choices 2.. Checked in via Hilton App, but the key would not work because I had to stop by to give a credit card for deposit for incidentals. If this is the case then the check-in via the app is of no value.... 3- For some reason, my Hilton Honor status was not acknowledged so I did not get the customary goodies. 4. Parking was Valet parking only, would have been better to also have self parking. 5. There was not Kettle or coffeemaker in the room, I know you could get tee and coffee from the lobby....

I loved the location of the property, it was easy to get around the city. I used uber , walked, and bus during my week in denver. The hotel staff was excellent, helpful, and available, when I called downstairs or answered my questions when at the front desk. Breakfast was decent and nice in the hotel. I love the unlimited complimentary tea,& coffee. The lobby was a koo, i would describe as nice hangout spot, it was comfortable , lots of places to sit and lounge.As for the room I stayed him, which the room had two queen beds. The room was decent, clean, comfortable .

- the room had no closet space. - laundry room had 1 dryer working during my stay. - homeless wondering on the property, no staff /security cared. - room services every other day.

The breakfast and location were great EXCEPT having the old name of the hotel on one side and Tru Hilton on the other side really caused me to miss the hotel several times. The old signs should be removed

I didn't like the $100 PER DAY charge. No one else I spoke with had that policy at their hotel and I have never heard of that. I didn't initially have the $100 for the second day. I would have just been out on the streets if someone didn't come through for me and I would have completely lost out on the $180 or so that I spent on the hotel that night. What was worse was the gentleman at the front desk could have cared less. He was very flip about the whole thing knowing damn well that is not a typical hotel policy. There were 5,000 people from my company all over downtown. This is an annual conference. I will make sure that none of us book there next year

We loved the price and location. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back. It is convenient to have breakfast as well. We loved the friendly staff and our name on our tv.

We could not find the TV remote so it was exhausting to have the TV pictures rotating until I found the remove upside down under the edge of the TV. It would have been easy had it just been placed on the desk. Also whoever stayed in that room before us had the alarm set for 5am which startled us and accidentally hit the snooze so it turned back on. It would be nice if that was checked before the next guest arrived.

Everything was great! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the common areas were nice and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. I also appreciated the complimentary hot beverages available in the lobby 24/7. The location is perfect—less than a 5-minute walk to the Convention Center. Being in Downtown Denver, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. During my stay, there was some nearby street construction, but it didn’t affect my experience at all. Considering the quality and price, I totally recommend this hotel!

Honestly, nothing!

The location of this facility one block from 16th Street Mall is very convenient. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the state and city capital buildings, art museum, etc. The room was quite nice with a decent view. The bar in the lobby was clean, and the small gym was fine. The breakfast was good. This was a good choice for us as we prepared to drive west from here.

Parking is not available in the surrounding area so we chose to pay the absolutely absurd $60 per night for hotel parking. There is no pool which is disappointing. I would have appreciated two glass drinking glasses in the room, but I was able to bring one up from the bar. The style of the hotel with modern art and carpeting did not appeal to me, but who cares when you need a place to sleep.

The valet staff were super professional and prompt.

When we first arrived at the property to check in there was no one to be found. Front desk staff were not present, bar staff were not present, etc. I attempted to call a phone number that I expected to connect me with hotel staff on the premises but the call was not answered. The wait to check in to our room was over 20 minutes as we just stood at the front desk alone. It was nearly midnight, our party was exhausted from travel and this added a very frustrating layer to our day.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The best part was the location, only a 3 minute walk from the conference center where I spent most of my day.

My only negative interaction came when I called the front desk to request a few extra pillows. They weren't delivered on time so I went down to the front desk to ask again. I understand that they get busy, especially around popular check-in times. They shortly presented them to me and all was good.

The location is spectacular! This hotel is right im the centre of downtown denver and is walking distance from most major attractions. From here, you can take a 20 minute walk down 16th street, get to union station, walk across the confluence park bridges anf see amy number of things in between. If you walk the other direction un 15th street, you end up at yhe Capitol building (which offer free tours) and catch the Free Mall Ride back down to the city centre. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly enough (although don't expect them to give you any tips on what to do in and around town), yhe brrakfast was delicious and I even took an extra bagel with me for the road as a snack. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending 1 or a few days in Denver, and doesn't want to spend extra on transportation in and around town

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Especially the bartenders!

The hotel is two in one, and it was full...with one non working elevator - which made it very annoying to have to wait for excessive periods during the stay, especially when "The Weekend" was in town and there was a full house!
