the room was very spacious , the location is central and staff were nice generally

A lady named Heather at the front desk discriminated me. she insisted that i must show her an ID to collect a package that came in for me, yet she did not ask everyone else to show any ID right in my presence and eventhough i have collected two other packages prior to that . i told her i am a guest and she can check my room details and they have already made a copy of my passport during check in but she wouldn’t listen to any of that . it was a very bitter experience that will not be forgotten soon

Downtown location, the large room, kitchenette and sitting area. I also liked the fact that breakfast was included. Choices for breakfast were adequate and I really liked the server Makata who had such a bright smile and greeted every guest. He was extremely diligent and cleared tables promptly.

Shower enclosure had no door so the water would splash outside no matter how careful one was. There was just almost no toilet paper with just a small pitiful row when we checked in. Tissues could be counted on one hand as well. The fact that housekeeping was only on alternate days could have been made clear as well when booking.

The location is great. There is an outdoor mall and several blocks of streets closed off to cars nearby. It's nice to just be able to walk a little bit and have shops restaurants, and other things to do

I enjoyed most everything. I didn't like that I arrived around 10:30 A.M. and there wasn't a room ready until around 1 P.M. I just left my bags with the valet service and then went to grab a bite to eat and look around at some shops, so it wasn't too bad.

Good breakfast offering, great location, clean room, comfortable bed. When I told the staff at the front desk I was hard of hearing the woman checking me in did great enunciating and speaking more direct and clearly to me. She was very professional and friendly!

One the the remotes didn't have batteries, the other one worked on both TV's but the volume didn't work on either TV that night. Somehow in the morning they started working. But seeing as that's my only complaint and I could've had it probably easily fixed if I'd called guest services I'm very happy to have stayed here.

Booked and busy so we had to wait for a room to be clean. However, it wasn’t a problem. Valet took our car and held our luggage. Staff was informative and friendly. We waited in lobby and had coffee and a snack while we waited. Breakfast staff was always accommodating and friendly. Staff throughout stay was friendly as well. We were able to get a pack and play for our baby and enjoy the pool with our toddler. Did laundry in basement but dryer wasn’t the strongest to dry our clothing so we had to take it a bit damp. Overall, great location for the city and stay.

Sometimes homeless people around when you walked around the neighborhood but, that’s with any city area nowadays.

I love how secure the hotel was by requiring a room key to enter the building after a certain evening hour, the elevator and the downstairs restrooms! The amenities are wonderful ! Unfortunately, the pool and spa weren't available during our visit due to maintenance. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT!! We will DEFINATELY be back!

The size of the living and dining area. The bedroom area was huge, but we spent most of our time in the kitchen and living area and it was a bit cramped.

Spacious room with decent kitchen facilities though also good options for dining nearby. Location excellent with key points accessible on foot or by good public transport facilities at excellent rates for Seniors ( no need to try and download apps or buy plastic transport cards as in San Francisco (senior ones there are not available at the airport)

Not being able to open the windows or adjust room temperature easily so the room was frequently too warm/stuffy without sufficient ventilation. Written instructions to operate room thermostat and ceiling fan would have been helpful

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very spacious with all the facilities and equipment needed. The room has a big couch and full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bad room is huge. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Very good value, would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver

I love the kitchen and living area aside from the bedroom. It is the main reason we return. The beds are comfortable, I like the mountain west facing and the clerks at the desk are always so kind saying welcome back and give us best selection of available rooms for what we pay for

I wish we could have extended our stay at a better price. As we stay often downtown the rate was the same for Friday and Saturday as when we wanted to extend Sunday which I would think would definitely lower based on day of week

Great rooms, perf for me and my three grandchildren (ages 5, 7 and 13)—loved the suite amenities, kitchenette and the pull out bed! The kids were over the moon with fun pool time; kudos on running a clean (salt water mix?) pool.

While understanding the need for security, the key card required to get an elevator on first floor is big hassle—not sure what alternatives there are. Noting that the downtown construction is t under your control, one prays to the almighty the City stitches back together what they’ve blown apart soon.
